So my birthday happened 🎂😊. I dread this day every year but this time I made it better with some fancy crazy good tarts. Kinda the worst best idea ever... . What you see on the picture are Chocolate and Hazelnut Mousse Tarts. A Ferrero Rocher type of dessert with one of my favorite flavor combos ever 💛. . So.. the thing is.. not only did I imagine making 4 desserts with 6 different componens, but also 3 different tarts, each with 6 different components. 🙄 Srsly, what was I thinking. I did bake all week for this but managed to do it at the end but it resulted in having to take photos at the sunset 🤦‍♀️. .
