Greek Yogurt Shrikhand
I was never a fan of yogurt until I knew some amazing recipes could be made out of it
One of the best things like about it is that you can have it as a sweet as well as savory.
So to give it a short I tried to make Shrikhand from epigamia Greek yogurt and
Guess what it turned just yummy same like you bring from the store
And one of the imp thing to say is it is less messy and ready in just 15 mins
I thought of just penning it down for all of you to refer here's the link
Try this recipe and don't forget to give me a clap at the end😄
Enjoy the Read

HEALTHY SKIN, HAPPY WALLET
A BEGINNER’S GUIDE TO NATURAL SKIN CARE
Health Nut Contributor: Miranda Hoffman
I used to be caught in the same struggle as untold numbers of college students who try to keep their skin healthy; quality skin care products will clean your wallet even better than they’ll clean your face. Plus, even the best products are full of chemicals and additives that my skin just didn’t know how to handle, and my skin never felt healthy.
I was tired of trying (and failing) to justify spending so much money on products that gave me such unpredictable results. That’s why I started looking into natural skin care, and the results were so wonderful and the process so simple and cheap that I felt the need to share with fellow Health Nut readers. Plus, whatever I don’t use makes a delicious and nutritious snack!
Here are three simple ways to begin a natural skin care routine for mere pennies, or just to relax after a long day!
Self love is a beautiful thing.
Lemon Sugar Scrub:
+ One round lemon slice
+ One small bowl of white sugar
It’s always a good idea to use sugar scrubs/masks after a shower or steam because then your skin will be clean and your pores will be open. Take the lemon slice and dip one side into the bowl of sugar, covering the fruit. Gently scrub your face with the sugary lemon, focusing on your t-zone (nose, chin, and forehead produce the most oil on your face) for about 30 seconds. Shut your eyes tight (you won’t want lemon in your eyes!) and don’t be afraid to squeeze out the juice as you work. Keeping your eyes shut, rinse your face with warm water until you are sure that all juice is washed away. Pat dry with a towel and let your skin breathe for a while!
Why use lemon?
Lemon juice is full of vitamin C, which will naturally brighten the skin. Be careful though! Just like with expensive vitamin C serums, one should avoid going into the sun for a few hours as it makes skin temporarily more sensitive to sunburns. Also, the combination of exfoliating sugar with the citric acid in the lemon makes this a great way to clear away dead skin cells. This scrub is also great for getting rid of the little bumps that sometimes appear on your jawline and cheekbones, lightening acne scars, and will clean up excess oil which will prevent acne from developing. Also, the smell of lemon will be sure to perk you up!
Be gentle with yourself.
Yogurt Mask
+ Plain, unflavored, quality Greek yogurt
+ Optional: add a teaspoon of any of these items for a natural moisturizing effect
-Honey
-Olive oil
-Avocado oil
-Cooked oatmeal
Mix a couple of spoonfuls of plain Greek yogurt together with a teaspoon of whichever natural moisturizer you wish. Apply evenly throughout the face and neck area and let sit for 30 minutes. I like to do this while eating breakfast because that means that I’ve just gotten out of the shower and because I just make myself yogurt and honey for breakfast and eat what I don’t use on my face! After 30 minutes, rinse your skin with warm water and pat dry with a clean towel.
Why use Greek yogurt?
Yogurt is considered nature’s anti-aging cream. It’s full of lactic acid, which will dissolve dead skin cells and tighten pores. Eating yogurt is also very good for the skin, as it’s full of probiotics.
Consuming probiotics is anti-inflammatory, which will help prevent acne.
Notice the beauty in every moment.
Avocado Mask
+ Half of a small avocado
Use a fork and small bowl to mash the avocado until it is smooth enough to spread on your skin. Apply an even amount throughout your face and neck area. Let sit for 20 minutes. While you wait, either eat the other half of the avocado or store it in your fridge. Remember to cover the exposed fruit with olive oil and saran wrap to prevent spoilage! Rinse face with warm water, and pat dry with a clean towel.
Why use avocado?
Avocado oil contains plenty of oleic acid, which is a fatty acid that is found to have many benefits for your skin, especially as a moisturizer. Using natural oil instead of lotions on your skin can be very beneficial; there are no harsh chemicals, it unclogs pores, and sometimes your skin can be “tricked” into thinking it doesn’t need to produce more oil. Oleic acid is especially good for people with naturally dry complexions, as it is absorbed easily into the skin. Also, eating avocados can have amazing health benefits for your face!
I struggled with acne, dryness, and a generally unhealthy complexion for years. I could never find products that worked for a price I could afford. Now, however, I wake up feeling clean and glowy since I decided to try natural skin care. I get healthy snacks, radiant skin, and barely pay a dime per treatment. Health doesn’t need to be hard or expensive, and we can all learn to show some simple love to the skin we’re in.
A big thank you to Miranda, this week’s Health Nut contributor.
