Anna. Give it to me straight. As an Otome loving gal, out of 10 rate your top 3 Ikemen games and a brief description of WHY you’d recommend them? I see you talking about Ikemen and I wanna get into it but I don’t know yet.

Ok so, this is the order I started playing them because in truth, all of the Ikemen games are good in my opinion.

❤️ IKEMEN SENGOKU.

This was, I believe, my first ever otome!! I actually started playing it because I saw that the voice actor for one of my top anime husbands, Mikaela Hyakuya, was in this game so I was SOLD, I just went in blindly.

I never turned back though.

In this game, through a freak accident the MC ends up going back in time to the Sengoku era and meets the actual warlords such as Oda Nobunaga, Mitsuhide Akechi and many others. She is trying to find a way to go back home and not fall in love with any of the warlords. Now, in case you don't know, the Sengoku era was the era in which Japan was united which meant that there was a lot of war and battling, which gives this game a bit of edge. All of the characters have this epic air to them, everything they do is for the greater good but then the MC shows up and just fucks it all up with her presence jahahaah

Personally, I'd give it a 7/10. Solid game but not quite as good as some other games. There is also a bonus to learn a little bit about Japanese history lmao!!

❤️ IKEMEN VAMPIRE.

Ah, here we are, to my personal favorite.

I'm biased, I'm a sucker for vampires, okay? I also find it so hilarious how this game takes some of the most famous people in history and turns them into cute anime boys which you can date. Seriously, just what game allows you to date Napoleon Bonaparte or Mozart?? Well, it's this one!! Here, the MC follows a mysterious man, Comte, through a door that sends her back in time to 19th century France. That's not all though!! She is stuck in a mansion full of these historical figures, who all happened to be hot vampires! They're all there for a reason and it's bloody amazing.

Can you tell that I love this game? Because I fucking love this game.

In my objective opinion, it's either 8.5ish/10, maybe even 9/10. I'm not good at rating, my apologies. But since I'm biased, I'll give it 10/10. I'm in love, leave me alone.

❤️ IKEMEN PRINCE.

This might just be the best game yet. The writing is very good here, it feels as though the developers keep pouring more and more love into each new game that comes out.

In this game, the MC lives in the fictional kingdom of Rhodolite. Whenever the ruler dies, a maiden with a fair and pure heart is selected to become "Belle", who has the duty of selecting the next ruler of the nation. She must become close with all of the candidates and understand them well in order to pick the right ruler. The catch?

Once the king is selected, Belle is not allowed to have any contact with the new king. Bummer, am I right?

There's a plethora of princes to choose from, even some from opposing kingdoms. My own bias is creeping in oopsie, but Gilbert is a treat. So is Kieth tbh. The world feels very real and fleshed out, there's always SOMETHING happening in the background which makes this game feel more alive, if that makes sense.

Dare I say, this game is a 10/10.

✨ PRO TIP! - For all of these games, if a character has different colored eyes, he's most likely a yandere.

What is the best pet names yandere’s have for their sweet little obsession?😳

It heavily depends on the yandere in question! If the yandere leans more on the sweet side, they won't be shying from affectionate pet names any time soon! They can range from sugar, baby, dear, honey, prince/ess, precious, literally anything cheesy and corny sounding! However, some yans might use these terms to degrade and belittle their target obsession, making them feel helpless and weak. The yandere in question can provide for them, there's no need for the darling to ever lift a finger.

Some soft yandere examples would be Thoma (Genshin Impact, KING of nicknames), Izuku Midorya (BNHA), Yoichi Saotome (Seraph of the End), Barbara Pegg (Genshin Impact), Bennett (Genshin Impact), Mikaela Hyakuya (Seraph of the End), Ochako Uraraka (BNHA), Lilia Rouge (Twisted Wonderland)!

Chapter 108

Pros of the chapter:

-Colorful illustration

I don’t understand how people could hate Mika. I know he’s obsessive over Yuu and all but really he’s not a bad of a character as Ferid. Besides, Mika is still a sweet and adorable little boy on the inside, but he’s been through a lot.

In Defense of my Precious Mikaela Hyakuya

Here’s a cute picture of my sweet angel:

Okay? How could anyone hate that sweet baby? He’s so precious to me! Just, why? I know he won the character popularity poll by 1st place but that doesn’t stop him from getting haters (Have you seen the comments of Kissanime? They beat the shit outta him!). Anyways, here’s the defense:

Stalker

He may be obsessive over Yuu, but Yuu was the first person to accept him and the only real “family” he has left. It’s true he’s a bit clingy, but he cares DEEPLY about his “brother.” (who may also be his gay boyfriend)

gets in the way of Yuunoa

Look. Hating a character over ANY ship, canon or not, is basically saying “I don’t care about this character, I like my OTP and hate them for no reason.” Anyways, I highly doubt that Yuunoa is gonna be canon because 

1. in some sort of OFFICIAL media, Yuu says he’s interested in boys but not girls (so yes, he’s gay),

 2. the official art shows MIKAYUU and not YUUNOA (sorry Yuunoa shippers)

3. There are several hints that Mika and Yuu will be a couple

4. Mikayuu is more popular than Yuunoa

The list goes on and on and on. Besides, Mikayuu is my FAVORITE fictional ship ever (and a better love story than Twilight, LOL)!

Yandere

Yes, he’s a bit of a yandere towards Yuu, but they’re so much alike, they both had abusive parents and were nearly killed by their fathers. And you wanna know why Mika acts the way he does? It’s because that douchebag Ferid lied to him that humans were using his family! 

Shit character

I think he’s an AMAZING and well written character!

Flat

Oh really? Here’s some pictures to describe how “flat” he really is:

You see, on the left, is innocent, little boy Mika, and on the right is Mika as a vampire. Does he seem flat to you? I don’t think so.

Here he is, crying after a while since becoming a vampire. I mean, you can’t blame him after he was worrying about Yuu.

And here he is, smiling after seeing Yuu again, drinking his blood and becoming a vampire. He is a precious baby with that adorable smile! Isn’t it the most adorable thing ever? Anyways, he isn’t flat at ALL. In fact, of all the characters in Owari no Seraph, he’s had the MOST development.

Pussy, Emo, Crybaby

I can’t say I blame him, after all he’s been through that I just mentioned. And also, I can’t say that I blame him for not wanting to be a vampire and living with the ones he hates, AKA Ferid.

Overrated

Hating a character for being popular is not a good reason. -_-

Selfish and obsessive over Yuu

It’s true that he IS obsessive over Yuu, but he CARES about the one he loves! It is NOT selfish at ALL to put your life at risk to protect the one you love! Hell, he nearly died for Yuu and you’re still saying he’s selfish? What the actual fuck?!

Killed Aiko

You wanna know why he killed Aiko? Because she asked him to since she was afraid to commit suicide, having lost her comrades in a battle and blaming herself. I admit, it was stupid of him to hurt her, but he thought she hurt his only friend Yuu.

In conclusion, Mika is an adorable precious child and he doesn’t deserve all the hate he gets from most of the fans. This gif says it all
