if you're going after pb&j duo I am VERY worried about the disaster twins dynamic ..what will become of it .... I must know .....

I won't spoil what I have planned for the future... But I can tell you about what's going on already!

You see, I love the Disaster Twins dynamic, especially the trope of 'connected in a deeper level only twins understand', both for the comfort and the angst it brings. The same happens in Programmed Obsolescence.

The three brothers felt and emptiness while growing up, like their home was too silent, like something was missing. Everyone dealt with the empty feeling in their own ways, Mikey with art, Raph with training, and Leo...

Leo had it the worst.

He knew he missed something, he missed someone. Like he was grieving the loss of someone he never knew. He tried to fill the void with... well... someone.

From around the age of 14, Leo started dating. He went through many partners, most of them only lasting no longer than a week, hardly longer than a month. All of them were a secret from his family. Nothing worked, no one 'clicked'. He tried his best to live life to it's fullest, but it was fruitless.

When they went on that mission, and met that Inventor... And it's like he instantly recognized the feeling. This is what he was missing... But why?? Why with this... guy? Needless to say, he's in denial right now.
