This is funny in a way, because when I got back into Onceler fandom, I started to write a fic about classic\original Onceler and May as his assistant. In the meantime I tried to catch up with everything that happened since 2012 and got invested in Truffula Flu story. And OF COURSE my attention switched it's focus, making me forget about the fic and think about Truffula Flu scenarios instead.

When I saw your Truffula Flu fan art, @moonymelly, I was so happy to know that I'm not the only one to be a little distracted with it😅 (I love everything you post on the topic btw!) And with an appearance of your OC, I couldn't hold myself back...

She's so cool! I don't know why, but the fact that she looks angry all the time makes me giggle (although, I wouldn't be so happy with an apocalypse around too...). This image lived in my head rent free for a couple of days, before I finally decided to get it on paper. Thanks for the inspiration, Mel!!🩷🩷🩷

for one of my classes this semester the professor like. actually wrote in the syllabus that whorephobia is not acceptable in class in the anti discrimination statement and had this whole section about the harms of criminalization. in the syllabus. i'm literally so shocked and SO fucking excited and have decided that i love this professor so fucking much

dunno if you’ve answered something like this before but:

what would yail or ciwyw wandanat do if duckling had a little eating disorder. like for instance, at meals sometimes when she’s really in her head and doesn’t want to eat, she just pushes food around her plate and pretends to take a bite every now n then?

or when wanda & natasha are both busy working all day in their offices and duckling doesn’t eat a single morsel of anything simply because food was never set in front of her and she was too stubborn/spiraling that she didn’t take care of herself?

they would leave little things out on the counter, like protein bars, and safe foods in small quantities. there wouldn't be any commentary if none of it was touched when they got home, that would only do more harm than good, but there would be subtle pride in their mannerisms if they noticed that a protein bar was missing, or a handle of goldfish had been eaten. they know that they can't force you to eat, but they can't stop themselves from kissing your head a few extra times and squeezing you tighter when they notice that at the very least you've tried, if not for yourself, but for them. they always have you sit with them at dinner though, wanda's chronically trying out new recipes, and you've noticed that the selection of food had grown healthier since you've stopped trying to hide your habits. its endearing, to see that she's at least trying to reassure your concerns in a positive way without commentary and dwelling.
