Cardio: We treat it like a dirty word...the reality is though that it is absolutely necessary regardless of your goal. Anyone who says otherwise is flat out wrong. Cardio also doesn’t mean hours on a treadmill...it’s can be steady state, HIIT, walking your dog, playing with your kids...it can be anything that raises your heart rate and helps improve your cardiovascular conditioning. Titty Tuesday ••• A while back I moved my chest training days to Tuesday...for me my main focus is engaging my chest and getting the maximum contraction. I prioritize incline movements at the beginning of the session. ••• I use a lot of different techniques in my training...I’ve used bands, chains and I also use @mbslingshot for some heavy presses.
