The essence is very watery and clear.

It's very lightweight and hydrating.

It leaves skin looking more dewy and brighter.

Recommended use is after washing your face and toning, lightly shake the essence and apply it with your fingertips along your skin texture. Cover your face with your palms and press down for better absorption. After using, this essence is really impressive to me. It doesn't have any fragrance, but it does contain a couple of irritants, this also might not work with very very sensitive skin as it has active niacinamide and lemon extract, I do notice that it can burn if you have any broken skin or skin that's been picked at. The essence spreads very well and helps to plump and hydrate skin and you will notice a subtle brightening of the skin as well after each use. It helps to tone redness and even skin tone, it helps to refresh dull and dry skin. The ingredients are very hydrating as well as nourishing to the skin. The texture of the essence is really watery and lightweight, so this would be great for any skin type. It's also not sticky or tacky at all. I feel like this is actually pretty gentle despite having some irritants and actives so I'd recommend this to pretty much anyone unless you have issues with niacinamide.

What I like: this essence is really lightweight, it absorbs quickly and layers perfectly well under other skincare. It's almost instantly subtly brightening and it's very hydrating without being tacky or sticky. The ingredients are really good and this is relatively gentle and would probably suit most skin types. What I don't like: this does sting on open wounds or cuts and it does have some irritants.

Phenoxyethanol: A glycol ether and bactericide (that functions as a disinfectant, antiseptic or antibiotic) that is primarily used as a preservative. It is also seen as a fragrance additive.

Potassium Sorbate: Used as a preservative, almost always used in conjunction with other preservatives.

Sodium Benzoate: A preservative.

Iron Oxides: Natural oxides of iron (iron combined with oxygen); pigments are used to enhance colors in cosmetics.

Pyruvic Acid: Used as a medium chemical peeling agent in subjects with inflammatory acne, moderate acne scars, greasy skin, actinic keratosis, and warts.

My Thoughts: Glamglow Supermud Clearing Treatment is pretty amazing. It comes in a sample size squeeze tube. I love that I can buy it in 3 different sizes. I was given a sample size from my sister in law. Its a white squeeze tube with sliver lettering. The only drawback with the packaging is that towards the end of its life it was hard to squeeze the product out. I finally cut it open to use the rest of it and I found there was still a lot of product left that should have been able to squeeze out.

Glamglow Supermud Clearing Treatment when wet its a charcoal grey color with a mud texture. I apply with a brush and put a good even thin layer on. It does have a nice cooling sensation with  eucalyptus and mint scent. I leave it on until it hardens which is about 10 minuties. I can tell when its harden not only by feel, but the look since the mask turns a light grey and around my pores these tiny dots start to form.

Glamglow Supermud Clearing Treatment is easy to remove with water, the mud doesn’t stick to my skin it just slides right off. If I put a thick layer on it is harder to wash off. My face immediately feels clean and fresh. It pulls all the gunk and oil from my pores on the first use.

Would I purchase Glamglow Supermud Clearing Treatment? I am still on the fence, if I did it would be at the lowest price point one they have. The only reason I am on the fence is my sister in law uses a similar mask already (thats why she gave me Glamglow Supermud Clearing Treatment in the first place). The cleanser is thicker and isn't much different looking to other cleansers.

It lathers up pretty and funny thing is, if you accidentally get some of this in your mouth, it's actually sweet.

Recommended use is to squeeze a small amount onto hands and gently massage entire area and rinse thoroughly with warm water. After using, I think this is a pretty straightforward foam cleanser, the ingredients are decent with no real irritants. The scent is more like natural bananas as opposed to that artificial banana scent. As mentioned before, due to the banana extract, this cleanser actually has a sweet taste if you accidentally get any in your mouth. Not a lot is needed so it'll last quite a while and it actually cleanses makeup brushes really nicely too. After rinsing it off, while it does remove dirt and oil, it leaves a film on the skin and that kind of slippery kind of feeling that also would normally zap all the moisture out of the skin, it actually doesn't suck all the moisture out of the skin. I don't love the film left over and feel a need to quickly use a toner after. I'd recommend this to people with dry skin and people who enjoy bananas but avoid if you have sensitive skin.

What I like: I really enjoy the scent and the fun fact that it's sweet. The ingredients are nice and pretty simple and it's not drying or irritating on the skin. It does remove dirt and leftover makeup pretty well and it's a good brush cleaner as well. What I don't like: this cleanser leaves a film and that slightly squeaky clean feeling. Otherwise no problems.
