The Last Broadcast is a 1998 American horror film. Found footage, pseudo-doc shot and edited entirely on consumer-level digital equipment.
The film was made on a budget of $900, and edited on a desktop computer using Adobe Premiere 4.2.[1] $600 was allocated for production, while $240 were utilized for digital video stock, and twenty hours of tape for $12 each.
The film deals with a documentary film-maker named David Leigh, and his investigation of the Fact or Fiction murders. In this case, a pair of cable TV hosts of public-access television were murdered in mysterious circumstances. The body of one was never found. Leigh seeks to discover the truth behind these killings while making his documentary.

that's request from tg
but i need to tell the contects here. back at the 90-s when the USSR was during the collapse, there was one scandal creator and musician Kuryokhin (tottaly love him) who create a pseudo-documentary film that called 'Lenin is a mushroom' (Ленин-гриб). In a pretentious style, he provided evidence that Lenin was a mushroom, and also a radio wave.
It was not presented as a comedy or a parody and was shown on television so someone even believe in it. (For me this is like a peak comedy) AND WHY AM I DESCRIBE IT ALL?? All of this is so Fiddlford and Ford coded SO this is crossover between Lenin is a mushroom and Gravity Falls I'm add a link to cut version and believe you could use automatic subtitles if you want EXPERIENCE https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZAakj0PolSI

it’s so crazy to me how breadtubers will make pseudo-documentaries about trans people in history and most of them are just extremely self-hating homosexuals or homophobic straight whites. like they’ll say “and here’s an example of a trans woman talking about her gender identity in the 80s!” and it’s a fem gay boy with a dead look in his eyes talking about how his father would kill him if he ever found out his son was gay and it’s so obvious that he can’t imagine a world where he can be openly feminine and gay and so he’s clinging to a framework set out by his conservative evangelical upbringing and calling himself a woman because it’s the only language he has for what comes naturally to him (liking boys and dresses and makeup—the only word for that in his society is “woman” because fem gay man is unnatural and unacceptable) and it’s the only chance he has at being “natural” once again. “look at that strong trans man from the 60s” and it’s a lesbian who called herself a male name so she could better make sense of herself in a homophobic, misogynistic society where women can’t be strong, love women, or wear anything but dresses with 2,000 petticoats. where she’s had to hide her femaleness in plenty of occasions lest she be killed and violated. Like do even 1% more analysis than “they changed their names so they must be trans.” I dare you to analyze how homophobia affects the psyche of gay and lesbian people. I dare you to actually look at the root of dysphoria in these communities. I dare you to actually analyze the social alienation that drove these people to such desperation.
and then I dare you to celebrate it like it’s such a triumph how they internalized society’s hatred of themselves and despised their bodies and selves so thoroughly they were willing to mutilate themselves or die because they couldn’t imagine a world where what (male, female) they were and who they loved could co-exist

Dreams on a Pillow - a videogame experience about the 1948 Nakba, based on a true story
Reported by Edwin Evans-Thirlwell | Nov. 29, 2024
Palestinian developer Rasheed Abueideh has announced Dreams On A Pillow, a mixture of stealth-adventure and interactive documentary set during the Nakba - Israel's violent displacement and dispossession of Palestinian Arabs in 1948, shortly after Israel's founding. Created by "a global team of veteran game developers", it's the story of a Palestinian woman grappling with the loss of her baby after fleeing a bloody assault on her town. Here's a description of the game, via press release. "Dreams on a Pillow is a pseudo-3D Stealth-Adventure game based on the true Palestinian folktale of Omm - a Palestinian mother who fled the massacre of her town with her new-born child. After running for an hour in sheer panic, she realized that she had carried a pillow to safety, instead of her child. Inspired by the story, Dreams on a Pillow explores Omm's life story, showcasing both the history of Palestine before the ethnic cleansing of the lands, and the trauma borne from the violence that was inflicted upon the Palestinian people during the Nakba." According to the announcement materials, Omm's journey as a refugee takes her through the sites of several atrocities, including concentration camps and attacks on Palestinians near the Lebanese border. Whenever she is able to rest, the game switches into a documentary mode, "reliving a rapidly fading memory of a pre-Zionist Palestine" by means of archive imagery and text. Omm's principle possession is the pillow, which serves as both a terrible reminder of her lost child and a kind of coping device. When carrying it, she's not able to interact with objects or do things like jump, crawl, throw rocks and climb ladders. Putting the pillow down, however, triggers Omm's guilt and trauma, provoking nightmares that "reveal dangers of the mind, and shroud the dangers of the real world". The immediate practical challenge during the stealth-adventure sections, then, is to complete whatever objectives are at hand and retrieve the pillow before Omm's delusions overwhelm her.
