Inuyasha didn't even bother holding back the light laughter that came from his amusement. That glare was enough to tell him this guy was uncomfortable. He may not have been out to cause harm for no reason, having accepted his role as a village protector, but that didn't mean he couldn't still mess with people.

His ears were as acute as ever. Cucumber probably hadn't even been talking so loud. But being the half canine demon he was, his hearing, sense of smell, and sense of taste were all far greater than many others.

"What's wrong, are ya scared of me?

Just for emphasis, a clawed hand was raised. Though no intention to attack, that wasn't going to stop him from messing around. Wasn't like he got to do this much anymore, maybe there was a part of him that still liked how powerful it felt to intimidate others. Inuyasha holds position, allows his body language to linger, before he's laughing.

The glare, the vocal tone. Too funny! Once he was done, which had probably sounded much more like a mocking laughter than he meant it to, he lowered his hand again.

"Relax. I'm not gonna hurt ya. Can'tcha take a joke? Geez."

Cucumber blinked when he heard an unfamiliar voice respond to his absent-minded comment. A more rougher one, with an edge to it that he's familiar with. It's something alot of Legendary Heroes had whenever they talked, especially when getting ready for a fight.

"You act like it's something I can just take out whenever I wanted to." His ear flicked a bit, eyes glaring slightly at the older individual. The wording was just similar enough to others who wanted to 'best the Nightmare Wizard'.

He takes a deep breath. "I'm sorry, but I wasn't talking to you." Cucumber said, a tint of annoyance in his voice. "Why are you approaching me for?"

But I will unashamedly say that in the two ship I have planned where he ultimately lives in the modern times instead of his own time he isn't big but he doesn't stay thin either

it makes perfect in character sense for that kind of change, I'm not going to change that, and if you think I'm 'ruining a hot character' because of preconceived notions pls stay away from me

I don't change a character's look without an in character reason. There's already not going to be any sexual nsfw on this blog, but even if there was, any change in body wouldn't be fetishized

In any situation like that no matter where or how it happens, it will not be treated as a joke, either. His canon love of food is one single facet of a very multi faceted personality.

I just want to make sure this is cleared up so I can weed out anyone who may have a problem with an in character appearance change of any kind. It doesn't just pertain to this kind of change, but this is the one people generally say is wrong to do, which it's not when done properly.

All sizes are allowed to exist.

odaishfod I went on a bit of a tangent there and I'm sorry for that but I get really passionate about being against anyone being treated badly for anything pertaining to the way they look.

This is also a reminder that in character, it's fine. Don't water down a character's opinions at all. I'll never ask anyone to water down their characters, just as I'll never water down mine. It's out of character I won't tolerate it.
