What point is there in talking to Andrea about it? It's not like those humans can hear her make a plea for you out of the kindness of her heart. What they see is your continued lack of progress. What they see is you just crumpling into a heap on the practice field. Still stuck as a Pichu after time and hours put into it. And you're not going to get any stronger stuck like this, put out for weeks for simply a few minutes 'training' as Fieval's punching bag. You were a breakthrough, but the others were the results they wanted. You... are sorely lacking.

Cascade: "I want to get better, I really do! But I... I-I just..."

"I don't know what's wrong with me, I... Am I really too weak to keep going? Am I just... meant to be stuck like this forever? But then what's the point of even having me here, doing nothing but training?"

"....Why can't I be good enough?"

You mention wanting to go on a mission.... Perhaps you should talk to the Pangoro about it? Nothing wrong with trying, the worst she could say is no!

Cascade: "I mean, I guess you're right... I've never tried asking Boss about it before."

"But if she says no, then... What do I do then? It'll just be back to training, again and again..."

Perhaps she could use a bit more encouragement?

Cascade, how are you feeling now that you've been patched up a little bit? At least okay I hope? Seems being apart of Team Rocket is an extremely tough time...

Cascade: "Nurse Rose is really good at her job, so I'm not in any pain anymore or anything...."

"And yeah, it can be tough, but it's just how things are here. I just... Have to get stronger..."

You sense that she's greatly doubting herself.

Hey Andrea, what exactly do you like about Primrose? The fact they can be so caring and nice towards peeps such as you hm?

Andrea: "She's... she's kind, yes...! And I've known her for a very long time, she's only ever been nothing but sweet to me, so...."

"It may be her job to care for others in general but she's always been there for me as well... I'd do anything for her."

Hey Primrose, even though it's understandable that even a team like this needs healers for their employees, how exactly do you feel about your job being involved with the Team Rocket of all groups? Considering their goals and all.

Primrose: "In spite of the circumstances, it's just as you said. Pokemon like me are still needed, even in places like this."

"Many Pokemon do enjoy what happens here, no matter how cruel or jarring, but many others are also brought here against their will. The least I can do is provide some form of ease and comfort in their situations. It's all I can do, really..."

Cascade: “Pfft, c’mon, boss. Anyone can tell you like Nurse Rose--

Andrea: “'HEY! N-Not so loud!”

Cascade: “Okaaay~ But Im just sayin’, if you don't get to her soon, someone else might.”

Andrea doesn’t respond, simply crossing her arms and letting out a huff.

Andrea: Where are the humans though, you know, people like Giovanni, Archer, and the Rocket grunts? I find it unusual for people who exploit Pokémon for the benefit of their organization to leave the facility in charge in said Pokémon. In fact, did you guys have trainers here; if so, who are they?

Andrea: "You don't believe the clones and hybrids here created themselves, now do you?"

"The Rocket Grunts don't live here like most of us do. They have their own bases of operation to stay at, especially since a lot of them are sent out to several regions across the sea. As for the big bosses like Giovanni? He mostly oversees everything we do. I've only seen him in person once in my life, so I don't know where he comes or goes but we're the ones who do most of his dirty work."

"Pokemon are simply beneficial for certain jobs, as well as communication, especially when it comes to important missions and the like. That's why some of us are put in charge of specific things like training rookies, and healing the wounded."

"Many Pokemon here do have trainers, while others don't. It all depends on how they ended up at Team Rocket to begin with. Plus the Grunts never leave without taking their own Pokemon with them."

"Cascade and Fievel weren't captured, they were created. Because of that, they don't have specific trainers that "own" them. But that doesn't mean they don't interact with humans. Obviously, the human scientists played the main role in creating them in the first place, so they closely monitor them to see if everything is still going well, as well as discussing whatever plans they have for them in the near and far future."

"As for me, I was captured in a Pokeball when I was young. So I suppose I do have a "trainer" of sorts. But seeing as I've been in charge of the rookie Pokemon here in my senior days, I haven't spent time around them in a very long time. Ultimately, the humans are also the ones who write out and assign missions to Pokemon who go out by themselves without the Grunts, my main contribution there is to simply hand those missions to them and report back successes and failures. Though, sometimes, I do get the chance of picking out the Pokemon I think are best suited for specific missions as I have the most personal experience with many of them. They trust me to make the best choice."

C'mon Cascade, you've known Andrea for a while now! It definitely wouldn't hurt to ask, and considering how hard you've been training I'm sure they'd be willing to throw you a bone!

Cascade: "Mmh, I don't know. I'm nervous. I guess I'm just afraid of the outcome if i ask..."

"But I appreciate the encouragement. I'll think about it."

Cascade: "...I can't."

"You saw what he did to me. Maybe he didn't mean to hit so hard, but then again... That look in his eyes..."

She shudders.

"A-anyway, there's no point in picking another fight. I'm obviously still not strong enough."

She mutters under her breath. "Boss will never let me go out on a mission at this point... I'll be stuck in training for the rest of my life."

Luci@Andrea: While actively ignoring his own unease at being in such a facility, he approaches the three 'mons in the medical bay, " ... I'm not clueless about what Team Rocket does, and I'm not boutta pick a fight about your morals, or whatever. But are you really okay with her," he gestures to Cascade, "bein' made a part of all this? She's just a kid."

Andrea: "At least, not right now."

"I do want the best for Cascade, truly. But while she has shown significant improvement in her abilities compared to when she first started, she still hasn't reached her full potential."

"I couldn't possibly let her out alone in a world where she can't yet defend herself. And if she did go out there at her current level, knowing how valuable Team Rocket considers her and her siblings? Arceus knows what they'd do to her if they recaptured her..."

"I've been here longer than most Pokemon. I've seen what they're capable of doing to those who disobey. And if she can't yet stand her ground, then I don't want to risk her going through such a fate."

Cascade: "They're both girls, but yeah, I do."

"Boss has told me how she's known Nurse Rose since way before I was born, and I can tell she's really into her every time they talk."

"I think they'd be cute together, but Boss is always too shy when it comes to her feelings, I dunno why it's taken so long for her to make her move. I hope it's soon, though, she deserves someone who'd make her happy."

Ky @ Fieval: While staying hidden for the moment, Ky hid a giggle and pointed their finger at their target, and whispered 'Bubble' in Ancient. Suddenly, a bubble appeared around their target, and Ky snuck out and tapped it, causing it to bounce gently. "Have fun~"

Cascade: "Announce your presence to all of Team Rocket, why don't ya..."

"I appreciate the offer, but for some reason I feel like you'd pummel me way harder than Fievel ever did if I trained with you."

@Cascade. Are you okay? That looked pretty rough.. What're you going to do now?

Cascade: "Obviously, I gotta heal up before anything else, but after that..."

"...I feel like this set me back more than anything else, I'm not strong enough... I'll never be able to rank up. At this rate I might just be stuck in training forever."

Savel @ Cascade: It was a strange place, this one. There were parts that were happy, but not... genuinely so. It reeked of evil, and false happiness. She didn't know what to make of it. But the Pokémon before her was innocent enough. She smiled, though there was some worry in her eyes, "hey! Um... I'm Savel. Have you ever... felt happiness in a place like this? It's a bit strange. It doesn't seem like people here are very happy at all. Have you noticed?"

Cascade: "I guess... I've never really thought about that before."

"Now that you mention it, the only one I've ever seen be really happy is Fievel..."

Andrea: "I am indeed blind in this eye. It's been so long though, I've long since gotten used to it."

"Things like this are why training is so important, though. You always have to prepare yourself for the worst."
