Appearance!!!

A short and thin boy. Saiyuu has shoulder length Dark blue hair that fades into Polo Blue. Part of it is tied into a ponytail midway with a blue bow. He has blue and light purple eyes. His face is covered with freckles.

Saiyuu wears the NRC uniform with a some additions. An oversized sweater that hangs off his shoulders, a messenger bag with a jellyfish hanging off it, jellyfish earrings, and the jacket(?) for the uniform tied around the waist. Over the button up, they have a light blue sweater.

Personality!!

Saiyuu is a helpful, empathetic, and playfully sarcastic individual. He's also somewhat introverted. Despite that he often finds himself dragged into different situations by friends and classmates quite often. Saiyuu thrives on being a helpful person. Whether its lending a listening ear or helping with a task, you can rely on them! There still is limits to what they'll help with but you can go to him for almost anything. Saiyuu tries to be understanding of everyones' situations, even if he's never experienced it personally himself. Due to this, they tend to forgive pretty easily.

Saiyuu despite his kind nature, can throw sarcasm and harsh reality at people. The sarcasm is more often playful than rude but he has no problem throwing harsher sarcasm if he feels annoyed. They also have no problem telling people when they are in the wrong or being shitty.

Saiyuu also dislikes having information being withheld from him. IF its something that should be basic knowledge, they feel like he should know it. His lack of understanding leaves him stressed.

Background

A lot of Saiyuu's early years are a blank state. He's not really sure why, but after a few years, Saiyuu gave up trying to figure out why. Saiyuu grew up as part of a decently well off family and having his life entirely planned by his father.

Growing up, Saiyuu lived near the ocean which lead to them having a fascination with it. He learned everything there was too it while juggling his other studies. This fascination with it did lead to some problems during his early years of high school, but he managed.

Early during his 3rd year, his mother had passed. Saiyuu fell into a despondent slump. He had taken to taking photos of the ocean, the city, and anything that he thought would help improve their outlook.

IMPLIED DEATH (both human and animal) (While not outright stated or described, please be careful)

During one of their outings, Saiyuu had stumbled upon a cat. Not sure how else to respond to it, they stepped forward while raising their camera. Before he could take the photo though, the cat ran off looking back. Against their better judgement, Saiyuu followed after it. It had ran off into the street and he panicked. He ran out and caught it up into his arms to get it out of the way, when Saiyuu saw a bight light...and then dark.

When Saiyuu came too, he saw a talking monster cat tugging at a robe he wasn't even sure why he had on.
