चैतन्य भारत न्यूज रिटेल मार्केट की दिग्गज डी-मार्ट के फाउंडर राधाकिशन दमानी ने देश का सबसे महंगा बंगला खरीदा है। उनका यह बंगला दक्षिण मुंबई के मलाबार हिल्स इलाके में है। इसकी कीमत 1,001 करोड़ रुपए है। दमानी ने 31 मार्च को 3 फीसदी स्टांप ड्यूटी देकर रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाया। छूट के बाद भी 30 करोड़ की स्टांप ड्यूटी दी है। हमेशा सफेद कपड़े पहनना, चमक-दमक से दूर रहना अरबपति निवेशक राधाकिशन दमानी की सबसे बड़ी खासियत है। देश में उनकी पहचान एक सफल रिटेल किंग और शेयर बाजार निवेशक के तौर पर होती है। लेकिन अब उनका नाम देश में सबसे महंगे घर खरीदने वालों में भी जुड़ गया है। उन्होंने अपने छोटे भाई गोपीकिशन दमानी के साथ मिलकर इस बंगले को खरीदा है।

बंगले की खासियत यह बंगला बेहद खास है। ग्राउंड प्लस दो-मंजिला यह बंगला 1.5 एकड़ से ज्यादा एरिया में बना हुआ है। इसका कुल बिल्ट अप एरिया करीब 60,000 वर्ग फीट है। इस बंगले की डील इसी हफ्ते हुई है। दमानी की तरफ से स्टांप ड्यूटी के तौर पर 30 करोड़ रुपए का पेमेंट भी किया गया है। यह देश का सबसे महंगा बंगला है। कौन हैं राधाकिशन दमानी? राधाकिशन दमानी ने शेयर ब्रोकर के तौर पर अपने करियर की शुरुआत की थी। इसके बाद उन्होंने शेयर मार्केट में सूझबूझ से पैसे लगाए। आज डी-मार्ट के स्वामित्व वाली एवेन्यू सुपरमार्केट में दमानी परिवार के 82 फीसदी शेयर हैं। Forbes के मुताबिक दमानी 2020 में देश के चौथे सबसे अमीर शख्स बन गए। दमानी की संपत्ति करीब 15.4 बिलियन डॉलर है। वहीं, मुकेश अंबानी दुनिया के 11वें सबसे अमीर शख्स हैं और उनकी संपत्ति 77.9 बिलियन डॉलर है। दमानी ने देखते ही देखते डी-मार्ट को भारत का एक सफल सुपरमार्केट चेन बना दिया है। एवेन्यू सुपरमार्ट्स में राधाकिशन दमानी और उनके परिवार के 80 प्रतिशत शेयर हैं। 65 साल के राधाकिशन दमानी ने साल 2002 में रिटेल बिजनेस में उतरते हुए मुंबई में पहला स्टोर खोला था। अब देशभर में इसकी संख्या 200 है। Read the full article

Chennai super kings’ stock price: One of the highest share prices Globally

Cricket franchise Chennai Super Kings (CSK) is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. In the Indian Premier League, they compete (IPL). The 2008-founded team competes at Chennai's M. A. Chidambaram Stadium in its home games. India Cements is a significant shareholder in the team and is managed by Chennai Super Kings Cricket Ltd. The team's owners' involvement in the 2013 IPL betting case led to a two-year suspension from the IPL, which began in July 2015.  MS Dhoni serves as the team's captain, and Stephen Fleming is the head coach. They won the 2021 IPL season, making them the current defending champions. CSK became the country's first unicorn sports franchise in January 2022. The Super Kings have the highest victory percentage (58.98%) among all IPL teams and have won the league's championship four times (in 2010, 2011, 2018, and 2021). They have made the most playoffs (eleven) and IPL Final appearances (nine), respectively. 

Additionally, they triumphed in the 2010 and 2014 Champions League Twenty20. One of the most lucrative IPL franchises, the Super Kings, is predicted to have a brand value of about 732 crores (nearly $104 million) in 2019. Chennai super kings’ stock price is among the highest of all the IPL teams.

CSK, one of the most successful Indian Premier League franchises, has a market cap of Rs. 7,600 crores, outgrowing its previous owner India Cements, and its unlisted stocks in the marketplace. Chennai super kings’ stock price is in the INR 210 - 225 price range.

Furthermore, they won the Champions League Twenty20 in 2010 and 2014. The Super Kings' brand value in 2019 is estimated to be over 732 crores (approximately $104 million), making them one of the most valuable IPL franchises.

Reason for increasing demand for CSK shares:

According to experts, CSK experienced substantial growth due to increased earnings from endorsements, licensing, and products and a significantly "inexpensive" price-earnings ratio compared to other sports franchises.

Another reason for the increase in demand for the recently entered Gujarat and Lucknow franchises, which were purchased for much more than the base price of Rs 2,000 crore each, for a hefty Rs 5,625 crore and Rs 7,000 crore, respectively.

It is projected that CSK has 308 million unlisted shares, of which 5-7 percent trade regularly, resulting in more secondary market activities for them. RadhakishanDamani of Avenue Supermarts is a major shareholder in CSK.

After a two-year hiatus, the company competed in the IPL T20 event Season XI in April/May 2018 and clinched the IPL tournament. Due to the suspension in previous years, financial statements are not comparative, which has influenced the unlisted stock value of Chennai Super Kings.

CSK finished second in the IPL Season XII, which began on March 23, 2019, and concluded on May 12, 2019.

Conclusion:

CSK's share price has profited substantially from its unique value offer, including a strong brand, a large fan following, a higher entrance barrier, and an ever-increasing game viewership. Playing card games, perfume, board games, phone cases, caps, bags, diaries, laptop covers, printed pillows, and other items are sold and shipped to fans via the E-Commerce portion of their website. Cricket audiences are unlikely to decline, and revenue streams are expanding yearly. From the current Chennai Super Kings share value, the company is projected to give better CAGR returns to the respected Chennai Super Kings shareholders.
