If I rewrote the Sequel Trilogy (which I will NOT, I already have so much to write for my OC stuff, please brain) I think I’d get rid of Kyle Ron entirely. Just throw out the whole man. Imperial heir Rey Palpatine would’ve made a much better force-sensitive antagonist
#with Thrawn as the actual villain of course#just think of how well imperial Rey and resistance Finn would’ve worked as foils#Rey the result of years of cloning and genetic engineering to create the perfect heir to Palpatine#Finn just a random child stolen from the cradle and raised to die#both equals in the force despite everything#and the narrative potential with the stormtrooper revolution.
