Had to smile and politely nod last night as my dad did his best to genuinely reassure me about the horse that's loose in the hospital and how people are trying to corral it, when at the moment I'm far more concerned about the rat making a nest in the library.
Like, no, I do not, in fact, want the horse in the hospital, but I feel like the rat in the library is a slightly higher priority at the moment, because it's chewing on the wiring and tearing up books for bedding and that's bad.
