The casino yearns for a savior - she awaits a restoration.

Hundreds, if not THOUSANDS of years ago, a Biblical rapture fell upon the Earth, leading for angels to walk beside man, in effort to make humankind more holy living by example. Which, nowadays, isn’t all that sacred of a concept - angels are everywhere! THEY’ve integrated human characteristics into their own culture, rather than vice versa.

Made up of pure electricity, cherubs take up object heads to anthropomorphize their form. They own businesses, live in casinos, and are free to gamble their heart away. YOU, as a fallen angel, crashland SMACKdab in the center of a casino in Vegas - LITERALLY crashland. By playing this game you agree to clean-up duty*, fixing up the spark inside! Start with fixing up the casino herself by turning back on the power, and then expand into the happiness of the residents in the rooms upstairs.

WHAT ARE CHERUBS?!

Infographic for ELECTROBASIS! Half meant to explain more about how cherubs work, half meant as a character guide :-)

[Cherubs are made of pure electricity! To ground themselves, they take up objects for their heads. Without said object to attach to, cherubs struggle to make a humanoid form and lack speech. Rather than flesh, cherubs have glowing, white "skin"*.]

[Tails can be shaped & look however! They make themselves tails instead of halos, always poking out from under their clothes. The clothes that cherubs don are both to be more familiar to humans & out of common curtesy for other beings eyes**. Object heads are found and practical, while wings are moreso manifested. They are purely aesthetic, as cherubs can't fly.***]

*Their electric skin can be stylized in different ways! Rat Room Game employees have drawn it ranging from a bright, neon yellow to a dull blue, and none are incorrect. Just interpretation

**Cherubs have no private parts that need to be shielded; only bright, blinding light

***Usually, they float behind the character. Despite being unable to fly, they can still flap em!

LEFT TO RIGHT:

Michealwave has a microwave, Tycho has a calculator, August has an iPod, Clara has a thermostat, Manager has a slot machine, Lady Lashes has a flip phone, Jeri has a sliding keyboard phone (y2k style), Rexla has an amp, and...

Simeon has a paper shredder! Since they're also the complaints desk staff.

any fun facts about the characters?

SURE! heres a few, with varying levels of seriousness:

Jeri had a goth phase that she pretends didn’t happen and would rather kill herself than be let known

Jeremy has gotten onto VOGUE thanks to Lady Lashes

Tycho and Michealwave have gotten divorced at least thrice

Clara is sick of filing their divorce papers

August has a boiling rage for Tycho and will ignore room service requests that come from his room

Michealwave has cussing disabled on his computer

Rexlas accent is specifically cockney! British slang

Manager is aroace!

Manager is in a happy loving relationship with the Casino building herself.

Simeon is a gender whatever kinda guy. Called "they" ingame but couldn't care less

August says the most insane out of pocket stuff but it only displays as [controversial.mp3] so only Clara knows

Jeri occasionally usurps Tychos conspiracy-theory-ness on accident to piss him off on purpose

"The government is TRYING to break into Heaven." "#OMG u believe in Heaven??? LOL"

Clara is a Dr. Pepper dude

Rexla skates in the now-drained pool above Jeri's room

Lady Lashes is the type of girl to go "HMPH!"

can you show us what the players model looks like? i was desperately attempting to look at my own tail in the mirror while playing after noticing all the other cherubs had unique tails and was saddened that i could not see my own. i probably looked akin to a dog chasing its tail but i was curious ,,,,

heres the busted, worn down NOT staff (as the sticky note clearly states) uniform the manager gives you! theres also unique wing assets, but those are dependent on what head ya pick

what are all the characters pronouns?

Jeri, Lady Lashes, and Rexla all use she/her, & the Manager, Tycho, Michealwave, August, and Jeremy all use he/him.

Clara is genderfluid, and uses they/she. In-game, Manager refers to Simeon with they/them, but Simeon themselves is pretty gender ambivalent. Doesn't care either way. Manager also refers to the casino with she/her!

if it isn't too much of a hassle, could you show us the wings of all player head variants?

NOT a hassle at all :-]

"Buddycoin" for the cash register, watch hands for the watch, electrical sockets for the adaptor, radio mic for the radio (NOT a TV unlike popular belief), and solar panels for the lightbulb!

Can we get more facts about lady lashes pleaaaseeeee

Lady Lashes MAY or may have not had a tiiiny interest in Manager when she first arrived at the casino

Even though Jeri and Lady Lashes have separate styles, they both enjoy gossiping about fashion :-)

She's also became close with Jeremy after finding out about his interest in lashes

Lady Lashes has different pairs of lashes and "earrings" (keychains) for each event she attends

She runs her own business (LL), with fashion, beauty products, and clothes!

With her having a long dress, she had admittedly stepped on it by accident a few times...

Lady Lashes acts like a supportive mother when someone is upset at the casino
