Confession 1:

the junk that is advent no3 (it being an AOT rip off, uncomfortable LI interactions, overwhelming amount of AI art, lazy world building, outfit shaming, guilt trippy gem scenes) makes me deeply appreciate the amount of talent it actually takes to have your first story be as good as theodora or vying for versailles

Confession 2:

The new story (advent 3) is pissing me off! I don't mind when characters praise us for choosing diamond clothes, because obviously we paid for it. But shaming and guilt tripping us for choosing free perfectly normal clothes? Hell no! Someone else's fashion sense is the last thing you should worry about in an apocalypse. This is the Episode/Choices all over again. I hope RC stops this and doesn't go down that path.

I have a genuine question: Has there ever been another RC book where the main character faces ridicule for their choice of clothing? I've read every RC book, and 'Advent No. 3' is the first one where I encountered wardrobe shaming

Saw the comments on the facebook post for the new story and there's people asking for the white blond man whose face we can't even see to be a love interest

Confession:

RC needs to get a grip. WHO is taking decisions lately? Why they focus more on the stupid cards than on the real CG? Who saw PUB and Te amo and said “yes they are going to love this”? Advent has potential but who’s putting those prices? Like they are setting themselves up to failure
