    Everyone knows that actions come with consequences. It's a simple checks and balances; give and take; see and do; come and go. What often goes amiss, however, and forgotten, is that a lack of action can set its own path of destruction. Lucifer has been NEGLECTFUL. He will begrudgingly accept this truth. Tangled up in his own distress, he failed to keep his kingdom's order from slipping. THE FOUNDATION IS CRACKING. His absenteeism has created a rift between him and his people, his detestation for Sinners festered like an open wound, and now he felt as though he were an interloper in his own kingdom. His fellow Sins were quiet about it; accepting or neutral. The people grew restless, lost whatever shreds of devotion or faith they held onto, and now he could feel his self-loathing rear its ugly, vicious head.

    THIS IS YOUR FAULT, the voice scratching at the back of his skull said. But Lucifer already paid his tribute. He spent long hours in darkness, cursing his name, clawing at the walls and his wings, spilling golden ichor across his bedsheets and broke furniture in his wake. He hated the world, but he hated none more than himself.

   It was time to take a different course of action.

    Magic pours forth, and Lucifer sends out a mass message. However it is received depends entirely on what the people are doing, where they are looking, and what is available or accessible to them in the moment. His message is a text, an email, an interruption on televisions or radio frequencies as a Royal Broadcast Message, the sudden change of a billboard — it flows and travels to each Ring.

Sparks started to fly from that energy sphere. The energy from that concentrated ball of energy grew stronger, before with one roar, he pushed his arms forward, his cupped hands and the ball of energy aiming at the direction of the potential meteors.

The sphere turned into a beam, piercing through the heavens, towards what he hoped to be a meteor or two. It was clear he attempted to well known Kamehameha or turtle-devastation-wave. While in appearance the beam looked similar, there was one difference. Tiny sparks of red flames popped out of the beam's side, indicating that this version of the Kamehameha wave was imbued with elemental energy, in hopes that the target if he hits would be molten down to little blobs.
