who knew that "found the perfect jacket for a halateez look but the biggest size they had is 2 sizes too small" would be the motivation i need to finally start eating better and losing some excess weight

#i was already losing anyway bc my new job is so active #but im also now trying very hard not to binge on junk #and its going fairly well #realistically idk if i can sensibly lose enough weight by february for the jacket to fit perfectly #but i can definitely lose enough for it to fit *better* and get some shapewear to do the rest #i'm feeling good about this!#its a struggle bc i crave sugar and carbs literally 24/7 #but im trying hard #am also trying to maximise how much moving i actually do at work #take some extra trips up the stairs or whatever #laura talks
