My program highly prefers and recommends a strong math and physics background, and even though I have zero physics, i kicked enough ass in stats and algebra classes that i got in anyway

Downside is this week theyre lecturing on the basis that everyone here understands basic geometry, trig, and physics rather than just really high algebra and stats... 💀

aaaaand its actually going pretty well! I used to look at math with dread growing up but actually learning math from people who do therapy for a living made me look at math as puzzle solving vs brain torture. Im gonna be head of my class in no time 😎

oh wow u go back LATE!!! that’s wild! as someone who Cannot comprehend math at all, i promise you will get through those classes—i managed to get through algebra 2 with a b and trig with a c, even though i missed a lot of days of trig bc of that year being weird! i also thought i would hate chemistry but i ended up enjoying it—some of the stuff we did felt like a puzzle which was fun! good luck!!!!! i believe in u!!!

i kinda get you on the finals thing. im a freshman in high school and im taking my first midterms and im so shit at preparing bc just looking at my notes just fills me with this dread and i have no energy to even move to start work. it's 1am and i have my algebra midterm at 8:30 and im so fucked. ive barely started studying.

oh nooo! I really feel this. finals suck and tests suck and studying is so hard?? for some reason??  but best of luck to you on your math midterm tomorrow though. I know ur going to kill it <3
