♥ Mea and Terunori are the bragging kind of lovers, YOU CANNOT CHANGE MY MIND ON THIS. MEA LOVES TALKING ABOUT RENTARO, TERUNORI LOVES TALKING ABOUT MASAE.

♥ So one day, they cross paths in a total Shoujo style and fucking Mea “Rentaro does it better” “i don’t know, Rentaro seems more of a shonen protag than a shoujo character” “GASP”

♥ This ends up with fucking “MY BOYFRIEND IS BETTER THAN YOU” and “MY GIRLFRIEND IS THE BEST, THEREFORE SHE IS BETTER THAN YOU”

♥ They fucking argue until they make a damn agreement: Double Date will PROVE who’s the better couple. THE DEAL WAS FUCKING ON. THEY WERE GOING TO DO THIS SHIT.

♥ Fucking Rentaro and Masae were hanging out with each other, just fucking chilling together as friends because friends hang out sometimes. “What the fuck do you mean stars aren’t small?” “The sun is a star!” “WAIT BITCH, IT AIN’T A PLANET?!” “NO!”

♥ They get a text from their respective lovers. Rentaro sees Mea texting him “COME HERE THIS INSTANT, MY KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOR” and he’s so fucking confused. Masae gets a text with a bunch of heart emojis and “Sae let’s meet up ily” and she ends up giggling at the text, she’s in love with this man.

♥ “Yo, Sae, I have to go.” “What a coincidence! i have to too!” THEY WALK TO THE SAME DIRECTION AND THEY FUCKING LOOK AT EACH OTHER IN THE EYE BEFORE CONTINUING AND THEY MEET THEIR LOVERS

♥ Mea instantly fucking clings to Rentaro, telling him they’re going to a double date. Rentaro agrees because it’s too fucking late to back out. Terunori just wraps his arm around Masae and tells her about going on a double date, she agrees.

♥ WHO IS THE BETTER COUPLE? THE FIGHT COMMENCES.

♥ To the actual date, they actually have a date in a planetarium and an aquarium!

♥ Masae ends up snuggling to Terunori during the whole planetarium date and she starts naming all the constellations and he listens to her because she’s?? adorable when she seems so excited?? God, he loves her

♥ Rentaro is trying to absorb all the fucking information, HE GETS TO CONFIRM THAT THE SUN IS A STAR, MEA JUST HAS TO EXPLAIN IT TO HIM EVEN AFTER THE SHOW

♥ Teunori fucking smirks and calls this point his as Masae just gets what’s going on but goes with it anyway because he seems very happy.

♥ MEA PUFFS HER CHEEKS AND BRINGS THE WHOLE GROUP TO THE AQUARIUM! Rentaro is surprisingly good with the fishes? Like he can name all of them? He knows what they do? Fucking Terunori is quaking

♥ He ended up studying about fish the moment he lost to Ryo

♥ At one point, there was a crowd and Rentaro decides to carry Mea for her to see what was going on. TERUNORI REALIZES HE’S TINY BUT OUT OF PURE SPITE HE CARRIES MASAE. Don’t worry, she was able to see things.

♥ Masae, while seeing what was going on, talks about how she enjoyed the day and how her lover always knew what could make her happy. Mea is a sobbing bitch, she’s a matchmaker and this was good to hear.

♥ Rentaro makes fun of Terunori for his height for a bit and Terunori was so close in stomping to his foot but he then talks about how Mea is such a good lover and how she always knew what to do to make the day better. Terunori is a crying bitch and he says “THAT’S WHAT I SEE IN SAE”

♥ Well, Rentaro and Mea get the point for the Aquarium date but both Mea and Terunori both agree at the end that both couples were good but their lover is the best person in the world

RenMea Family Headcanons

-When the children were younger, Mea was always in charge of making breakfast, while Rentaro was in charge of cooking lunch- dinner was fair game and it was for whoever wanted to cook dinner.

-But when the children got older, Yuriko and her father always did have a mini-game which decided who’d cook lunch. It would either be stuff like motorcycle races or even as simple as rock-paper-scissors. It somehow always ended up in disaster.

-Hinata and Mea, on the other hand, just take turns for breakfast. Mea always takes pictures of Hinata every time he cooks something. Hinata gets fairly embarrassed but he allows this to happen.

-Yuriko and Mea are Instagram lovers. They post everyday. Mea has those cutesy stuff which has a pink aesthetic, while Yuriko posts some badass aesthetic things. They both have a lot of followers. There are sometimes family pictures too! Or candid pictures of the boys in the family.

-Rentaro doesn’t know how Instagram works so he asks Hinata to explain it to him. How he explained it? “It’s where people expose themselves online. Like every social media out there. You reveal your deepest darkest secrets in Twitter, while in Instagram--- it shows who you truly are.”

-Rentaro deactivates every social media he has for a week because Hinata’s explanation went far darker than it was supposed to do. He even mentioned how people can track you down and kill you. He reactivated because he just believed if someone were out there to kill him, he’d kill them first in a fist fight.

-Hinata and Mea go shopping a ton together and they critique clothes. Yuriko and Rentaro prefer going to music stores where they can test out guitars and such. The whole family goes to the mall together though!

-Hinata cried the moment that the motorcycle went on maximum speed when Rentaro drove him to school one time. Mea scolded Rentaro for that and for the speeding fine given to him.

-When Yuriko brings a guy at home, Mea instantly comments on the guy and how possible their love life would be. Yuriko ends up agreeing or disagreeing to all of this. Is it in front of the guy? Most of the time. The two boys in the family can be seen glaring at the far corner.

-Every time Dai comes over because he was invited by either parents, Yuriko and him talk about love and Rentaro brings up that’s what he always talked about with her mom before. Hinata just completely ignores his existence and Dai says something like “JUST LIKE YOUR FATHER!” which Rentaro rejects.

EtsuNe - If he were to make an AU, it’d probably be a Yakuza AU, but instead- Nene is something like in an “arrange marriage” so that the Kinokuni family will be protexted by the Yakuza clan of the Eizan family. Hint: They slowly fall in love with each other, Eizan being the first one falling and he realizes he wants to protect her not for business not that he admits it though.

RenMea - Soulmate AU about getting the marks your partner has. He just finds it really funny to imagine Mea screaming the next morning when she looks at the morning the moment Rentaro gets a tattoo on his face and when she finally meets him, she just screams “WHY?!” because she’s got it on her face now too.

Kaoru X Hanako [KaoKo? Hanaru?] - Detective AU. HE’d love to think that they’re partners in it and Kaoru is the one who’s rather relaxed and Hanako would be the serious one. After solving a couple of crimes together, Kaoru starts to admire her for who she is and Hanako realizes that maybe he’s much more than he’s showing. He’s actually the real mystery. [Hanako belongs to @polar-stars!!]

TeruSae - Mythology AU. He’d love to imagine Masae as a goddess because that’s literally a part of her title, and she falls in love with a human, who later on becomes a hero in the story. But he never knew which god or goddess always dropped him a blessing and they only meet face-to-face later on in the story.

SoRina - Most definitely going to be a royalty au!! I mean to him, Erina is basially a queen and Soma will probably be a dragon who transforms to a human to try and win the heart of Erina so he can capture her. Who knew that it will be the other way around?

IsaMegu - Flowershop AU. He’d like to think that Megumi bought flowers once in Isami’s Flower Shop and he becomes friends with her. After a year, instead of her needing to buy any, flowers are dropped on her front door everyday by a secret admirer. It’s always her favorite flowers. It depends whether she figures it out or not.

TakuIku - Superhero AU! He’d think it’d be really fitting for them. But instead of being a hero and sidekick- they’re both famous heroes who are pretty much in the news everyday. They don’t want to admit they actually got inspired by the other, until one day- they had to work together and realized their feelings for one another.

ShigeChi [ @polar-stars ] - Ballroom AU. They met once during a masquerade, they felt a spark but since everyone is hiding their faces, they don’t know each other’s identity. They meet again, but their first meeting felt the same, but they believe that it can;t be true. As the second time the Masquerade ball happens, they find each other’s masks- they do realize that the spark was actually real.

SoreNa [ @polar-star-dorks ] -He can’t help it!! A prince meeting a baker AU. He’s got people fawning over him, and several candidates to become his wife but the person who steals his heart is a baker who tries her best in making her customers satisfied. A sudden invitation comes from the kingdom for her to come to the next birthday of the prince.

KimiHiro  [ @polar-stars​ ] - Mafia AU! Kimiko being a newcomer and she meets the mafia member who failed a mission and now is considered an outcast inside the mafia family he’s in. They become partners and they show their true potential after they go to their first mission- they make each other’s life better in a good way. Kimiko realizes that she’s got a person to trust, and he realizes that he saved her from his previous title.

HibiTori [ @polar-star-dorks​ ] - Demon/Angel AU! Hibiki is a kind demon, yet he’s the next candidate to become the next king. Tori is an angel who’s considered someone who’s not entirely “pure” but she’s a candidate to become the replacement of an archangel. They met once when they’re both in human forms, and when they discover what the other is- who knows what will happen? They do see similarities between each other though.

MichiToshi - Mermaid AU! Michiko is someone who lives in the seas and Toshio is someone who discovers new things. He hears someone singing songs and he instantly became enchanted by her voice. However, a storm happens and instead of the ship going down- he spots a mermaid in land and decides to save her. Their meeting caused sudden feelings, and they both don’t know what to do.

KiChi - Vampire AU. Killian is a vampire who’s always been interested in humans but chose to be there only to suck their blood. He only does this to live. He gains an interest with a girl who makes wine and once people try to mess her, he scares them away. She never knew who were protector was but she noticed a bat follows her around. One day, he transforms to his vampire form to save her again.

Takashi is a child of TeruSae and he’s his cooking partner! He’s sweet and sociable, but he never fails to leave compliments for Riku!

While Yuriko is a RenMea child who absolutely loves to tease Riku, but in reality- she’s one of the people who makes him feel he’s at par or even better than his sister!!
