so I'm rewatching the sky block videos, and I was on the one with becoming super fast (the fastest man in skyblock), and I get to the end card, and I looked away, then looked back to the screen, where it had "do it" on it.

I've been making "for you, the world" jokes for the last two weeks about anyone and anything, so I say "for you techno, the world" to make myself feel slightly better, close my eyes, then open them to see the words on screen are now "bro" followed by "why are you like this" when I say I started cackling 😂 (ofc while crying, though I thought ariana said we're supposed to run out of tears eventually, smhmh)

even years later and after he's passed, this man is still making me laugh in new ways.

there really won't be another like him.

i haven’t posted anything about this just because i’ve been trying to process. my comfort content creator passed away and i’ve been crying since essentially last night. fuck cancer

i haven’t watched the DreamSMP in about a year but have always continued to watch techno. he was a source of stability and comfort for me

one thing i saw on twitter was “don’t be afraid to keep posting fanfics/art of techno to honor him. techno lives on to let alex rest”. if you already post art/fanfics about techno or feel the urge to go for it. it’s how we keep him alive. he was a one of a kind person and was able to joke in the darkest times. we never even suspected anything was amiss with him and i think that’s a testament to how strong he was. he made such an impact on so many people’s lives including mine. i found his channel in 2015 and have been watching ever since. it felt like we almost grew up together and i would race to my room to watch his new video/stream every time. he got me through some rough times. so thank you techno and rest easy king ❤️🐷

he will live on with his legacy and all the many people he impacted. technoblade never dies

i wasn’t originally gonna post anything, as nobody sees my posts on here. but i figured if this post can get to anyone, help even just one person, it’s worth it.

technoblade’s passing hit me hard. really hard. he’s the reason i’m in the dream smp fandom in the first place. i remember when i first downloaded twitch in the summer before my freshman year. i downloaded it so i could watch dantdms streams, as dorky as that is. but then a few weeks later, i had just gotten home from doing whatever i was doing, and i was overwhelmed (which happens a lot when i go out). now normally, i would go watch a dantdm video, or watch a markiplier video, something to focus on. but when i opened twitch to watch dan’s most recent stream i had missed, technoblade was live. i don’t remember exactly what he was streaming, probably something on hypixel. but i remember being like “oh, this guy looks cool!” and when i started watching, he immediately started calming me down. now because if technoblade, i know and love many more streamers such as dream, sapnap, tubbo and the rest of the smp. but techno is always one i turn to to wind down or to comfort me. in fact, for the past like year i’ve fallen asleep to one of phil’s vods with techno in it. when techno released that he had been diagnosed with cancer, my heart sank. cancer has taken so many people from me personally, and i wasn’t ready to let go of techno too. i would wake up every day and check social media, for any sort of update about him. when i heard about his passing, i didn’t want to believe it. i wanted to believe it was some sick joke and that he’d make a tweet about it being like “jk, i’m alive losers”. but he didn’t, and i had to come to terms with the fact that one of my biggest comforts is gone. technoblade touched the hearts of so many people. he helped so many people.

my point in making this unreasonably long post about a minecraft youtuber is to not take a single second of life for granted. life is short. nobody is promised tomorrow. take risks, be who you want to be, because in the end life is only what you make it. and if you decide to make your life miserable, then that’s your choice. but you will forever regret not taking the chances when you had them. you matter. you make a difference. so if any of you seeing this need a friend, don’t be afraid to reach out. i’m always here, i care about you.

and thank you, alex. for everything. you helped me through so many times where i felt like i was totally alone, or never gonna make it. you gave me hope, held a candle in the darkness - as corny as that is. rest easy king. fight god up there, just like you said you would. win for me, techno. ❤️

truly heartbroken over the loss of technoblade. he was an inspiration to so many, myself included, and he was (and still is) so loved by his friends, family, and fans. i hoped one day i would be able to tell him how much he meant to me, how much he inspired me, but i guess i'll never get to. fuck cancer. rest easy techno (or alex, i suppose). ❤️

Rip techno blade

I remember finding Technoblade and growing up with his videos over the years. It feels so surreal; the news first being broken out almost a year ago about his battle with cancer. Despite this, he still did his best to provide entertainment to the masses, to us. When I first saw the video, my heart sank a little. Yet, even then, the title is still in his comedy title.

I hope you are resting easy now, Technoblade. Thank you for providing years of entertainment to us. You will always live forever in our hearts, our thoughts, and in our mind.❤️
