Something seems off about his son today. He's moving slower than usual. The warm tone to his skin looks pale and his bright blue and gold eyes are dull. He's currently sitting at his desk, elbows resting on the surface with his face in his hands. Roboute makes a small noise of discomfort before looking up at Ayhan.

"I'm sorry, did you say something father?" he asked, the strain of his old injury weakening his voice. Every time he moved it felt like he was moving through water. His throat ached harshly under the scar. Even with the cool breeze rolling through the open window it felt much too warm.

Oh no. No, he knew what was happening-- it reminded him too much of himself during the rare times he fell ill as his body struggled to adjust when he had to slowly recover from how long he had been on the Throne. Ayhan's eyes focused far too much on Guilliman's state, staring at the scar, then to his eyes, then to the way he held himself. His fingers twitched and slowly curled. His head tilted up ever-so-slightly... and instead of the gentle glow of golden irises, a golden glow washed over the entirety of his eyes-- and his whole demeanor changed.

Instead of the more relaxed, fatherly nature that came from Ayhan-- he held himself as an Emperor. Chin tilted high, shoulders back, spine straight-- he pushed himself up from his chair. Like he was possessed, Ayhan-- or... no, perhaps a different name was better... the Anathema made his way over to Guilliman.

Be gentle. He could faintly hear the little warnings as if Ayhan were at his very side. The Anathema was careful, almost methodical of how he picked up Guilliman-- and he did so with horrifying ease. Maybe it should've been expected, with him as the Emperor, but he carried Guilliman like he were but a mere toddler, suddenly storming his way to the door as it swung open without any human interaction, almost splintering at the sheer strength of how hard it was slammed.

He had moved through the halls like he was on a mission-- and he truly was. Ultramarines had been made to move out of the way or kneel before the very Master of Mankind, techpriests finding their voxtranslators malfunctioning and silent. The Omnissiah would not wait.

The ones that had the mind to do something had rushed before the Emperor, opening the doors for him to the place of Guilliman's Armor of Fate. Without hesitation, without fear, he approached it. Be gentle, Ayhan repeated. The Anathema scowled and said nothing, only gently placing Guilliman against the skeleton of the suit of armor, making sure each part of the bodysuit was revealed enough to allow the power armor to connect to the Primarch. Golden eyes bore into Guilliman, bore into his very soul, knowing any and all secrets.

But there was that small tic again-- how his hands tensed and clenched into fists. How his head tilted up just that little bit more-- but with a trembling breath, he dropped his head and squeezed his eyes shut. The glow of his eyes returned to merely his irises instead of the whole eye.

He is weak, the Anathema spoke sternly as if he were right next to Ayhan, tend to him.

" ... Roboute... " Ayhan lightly held at his own head, if only from the sudden switch-- it felt like he was shoved to the front...

" F-Forgive me for the suddenness of all of this, but... y-you needed to return to your armor. Are... are you well? "
