My Review on the Ninjala Anime
This is an anime based on a game with the same name.
The series follows a scientist named Burton working on an experiment with his assistant Berecca to bring manifest the lost abilities of the ninja descendants: Ninja-Gum. After days and days of trial and error, an accident happens, and in turn, becomes a complete success—however, there is one major side-effect: you turn into a kid.
And after their co-worker Ron betrays them and wipes them of their data, they set off for a new life as students at WNA Academy.
I've heard plenty about Ninjala, but never had interest in playing the game. I first watched the anime on the official YouTube channel when it first came out in 2022 and I've enjoyed it. Though I'll admit, it got boring after a while, so I stopped at around episode 97-8 or so. There wasn't much adventure and the episodes mostly focused on the characters and what kinds of shenanigans they get up to. But other than that, it's pretty underrated.
If you're planning on watching this anime, I recommend you watch until episode 87. Check out the playlist below!
Until then, see you next time!

I feel like one thing that's usual for me is to try to get my faves in other games right and well.....
Decided to try myself on Luke and fuuuuuuck, he's such a goober in Ninjala! XD
I might've combined his SFV and SF6 appearances bc I thought it could be fun to do that and it surprisingly looks fun as hell!
Besides that, since the game's HELLA restrictive on individual parts (you only have head, face and costume to use), it definitely was a bit harder to get Luke's actual vibes right, but NGL, I feel like I definitely hit it on the head.
(Listen... I fucking had to, especially the second one!)
As for weapons I think Luke would main...
Trick Ball and Paw-xing Gloves
The gloves would definitely be his main go to weapon and if we get a Ninjala x SF6 Collab, PLEASE GIVE US LUKE INSPIRED CAT GLOVES!!!
Funny enough, Trick Ball is usually the pick where I can easily play as said character (bc Main weapon since release), but after thinking, I can definitely see Luke playing it, especially since it's actually consistently decent throughout the game.
Another reason why I picked those weapons is that they both have specials that help in team fights, as I feel like he would probably jump into team fights more than the actual Battle Royale Mode, so having the shield (Paw-xing Gloves) and the rocket (Trick Ball) at his disposal would fit him.
For the people who want to get the style themselves, here's what I went with, the colors are in brackets
Hair : Undercut (blonde)
Face : Ron's face (fair skin, 2nd option)
Eye Lenses : none (dark blue)
Voice : Voice 9
Ippon Decor : Street 2, but can be swapped for anything else, just keep it more fun & energetic (other options are the Comics decorations, JP Calligraphy 1 or 2, Bubblegum 1, I would say Military 1 as well but eh... not fully convinced that it fits or whatever has your fancy)
Hat : none
Face : Kappei's Nose Tape
Costume: Mulberry Trench Coat (other candidates are Marine Military coat, Urban Camo Pants, Slam Dunk Uniform (if anyone wants to reference his basketball alt from V) or throw him in a cheerleader outfit for all I care/hj, the costumes aren't gender locked)
Gum Bottle : Level Up Bottle
Songs : Definitely Party Soliders and rock the Streets! should be on his playlist, Fight Now We Ready could add some spice in, as well as Ninja Hero. But in general, just throw anything fun and upbeat on it.

After a Battle Royale, Burton and Ron have a quick photo in front of the WNA Building
Once again this is a reference to Sonic and Shadow posing in front of the White House.
