Part 2 of Saturday at @connecticon : casual attire Rosette and Chrono. I kept this stuff stuck to my face for over 12 hours that day. I'm thankful im not allergic to spirit gum. XD I switched back and forth between his yellow receptor things on his head and his actual horns throughout the day with the use of magnets in the wig! It was fun to vary up the look. And for casual, I dug out the jumbo braid I used for chibi chrono at Colossalcon East last year. Day 7 of the #fallforcostume #instagramchallenge . "Precious metals"...this one was harder because it's open to interpretation and also, I have no costumes with heavy armor haha. I chose my #rosettechristopher from #chronocrusade . We went to a train museum to take photos and got some awesome shots resembling the train scene in the story. Trains are metal and a product of industrial revolution. So I thought it fit. Da ich vorhin davon sprach: Chrono Crusade, ein sehr sehr starkes Manga von Daisuke Moriyama (erschien 1998-2004 und ist ein empfehlenswerter Klassiker. Ursprungsverlag: Kadokawa Shoten) Das dazugehörige Anime: enttäuschend. Nicht nur sieht es auch auf Blueray nicht besonders gut aus. Die Story ist auch in weiten Teilen nicht so wiedergegeben wie im Manga. Da dem Ganzen ein großartiges Manga zu Grunde liegt störte mich die falsche Wiedergabe der Story natürlich sehr. Das der Schuber und alles was dazu gehört gut aussieht macht das ganze natürlich nicht wieder Gut. Manga und Anime beschäftigen sich mit dem Kampf zwischen Gut und Böse. Die sogenannte Militia Abteilung des Magdalenen Klosters, Abtrünnige Teufel und Apostel. So I was lucky enough to work with @acousticaphotog at Birmingham MCM last weekend and she’s already put up one of the shots on Facebook and I love it. I can’t wait to see the full set and it was definitely worth the soggy butt 😂

I love wearing Chrono. It’s a comfy cosplay and I love being the character. Definitely going to be making his main red coat outfit to wear next year! It would be great to get a group together.
