A couple of months ago I ended up picking up the new #rotolightneo2 and the #skyporthsplus transmitter. I have done several shoots using the #rotolightneo first generation and really loved playing with them in different settings. It’s why I decided to get the new series cause now you can use it as a flash. While I still love using this for different effects, it’s pretty much just a fill light. Most of the time I use it in conjunction with my flash or strobe because it doesn’t put out much light by itself. The transmitter is fairly easy to use but for the price to be honest, not really worth it unless you have multiple receivers. Don’t get me wrong, I love using this for creative shoots where the room is almost completely dark or if you are just trying to add light to a particular section. Phew! Busy day in the studio today shooting part of the @newbalanceuk 2018 Autumn/Winter collection of stunning footwear! Obviously the shoes have been blurred out ( though they'll be worth waiting for!) but the shoot gave me a chance to try out my new Neo 2 light from @rotolight. Shot on the @olympusuk Pen F on a @delkin.devices Black memory card. The camera was supported by the new slim carbon fibre tripod by @benrouk, which I have recently purchased!
