Mmmm... this is going to be a new regular recipe! Dairy free cocoa banana muffins/bread. 1/3c unsweetened apple sauce 1/2 cup honey (use maple syrup to make vegan) 2 eggs (egg substitute to make vegan) 1 cup (2.5 whole) black bananas 1/4c unsweetened original almond milk Tsp vanilla Pinch salt Tsp cinnamon Tsp baking soda 1.75c oat flour (red mills gluten free flour works well here too) **Optional** 1/2c cacao nibs . Preheat oven to 325. . Whisk honey and apple sauce together. Add bananas and eggs and mix. Add cinnamon, vanilla, salt, and baking soda. Combine well. Add flour slowly and combine well. Add cacao if you're using it. Bake for 30-40 mins or until butterknife comes out clean. #roxysleanandclean #baking

My pita pizza was already half gone by the time I took a photo. After a great MRT workout and 30 minutes of zumba (for the first time in 5 years) I was crazy hungry! Zumba kicked my ass. No wonder I was in great shape 5 years ago; I taught 6 zumbas a week plus going to the gym and dancing with razom. #roxysleanandclean #pizza #ihurt #nopainnogain

Just look at these! My mouth is watering! Let's look at what is in the sushi bowl: 1/2c rice, cucumber, carrot, Mango, shrimp, chicken with spicy mayo and sushi sauce on the side. I'll heat it up for 15 seconds in the microwave and add the sauces! Can't wait!!! #roxysleanandclean #iifym #sushi

NEW CHALLENGE! May is going to be the new challenge month! I have been asking around and finding out what challenges people are having and what goals they have. There was an overwhelming response of "I need to kick the sugar habit". ARE YOU ADDICTED TO SUGAR? This is the challenge for you.
