|| A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Hello!

I must admit. It took me a few days to think about what I wanted write here. I need to say, I'm not very good at blogging, but after awhile I decided I wanted to give a try to it. The first post…. well, it's seems to be one of the hardest, as I can see.

I'm Saoirse. I've born in Dublin and lived there till I was sixteen, then I moved with my parents and my siblings to France. When I turned eighteen, I moved to New Jersey to study Arts and it was in the university that I met my fiancée, Chris. After graduating, I just feel in love with photography.

Now, I'm twenty-four years old, living in New York. Chris and I a're expecting our first child: our beloved daughter Amybeth. I'm currently with 28 weeks and so excited to meet my little one in a few weeks!

Also, I'm so excited to start blogging more about my routine and my daily life!

4.23.20 // Homeschooling

Lance and I have always thought about homeschooling are kids. It’s been a discussion we had for a long time and now that we are technically doing it, homeschooling is definitely a no. I’m literally going crazy with doing school work with them. Trying to help with their school work is making me feel dumb lol.

I can barely help Aiko with her school work. She’s pretty much on her own and using google. The triplets basically have to share a computer and tablet. I can somewhat help them. Jaxon is only in kindergarten so helping him is literally the best thing ever lol.

I can’t wait for school to comeback but I know that won’t happen until like September. The only thing good that came out of this virus is that the kids don’t have to take their state standardized test. Until then, y’all pray for me during these last two months of the school year lol.

08-12-19 : First Day Of School

Hey cutie pies! Long time no see! Last week was the last week of summer break for the kids so we spent much of our time together. Didn’t have enough time to post about their last week of summer but today is the first day of school everybody and the kids are excited about it. Kind of hard to wake up Miyoko because she absolutely love sleep but the twins was up earlier than usual today because it was the first day of school.

Miyoko is now a 5th grader and the twins are now in Kindergarten. Just can’t believe how big they are getting. They’re all going to the same school now which is so overwhelming. Just can’t believe how old they’re getting.

Kiah had to go to work early in the morning and couldn’t take them to but he’s making sure to get off early so he can pick them up. I really hope they have a great first day and a great school year.

June 29, 2019 - The Twins Are Here👶🏽👶🏽

Hey guys, it’s Nyla! The twins are finally here! I went into labor last night around 10pm which was great timing since Eric was at the hospital working. I was in labor for 16 hours and at 2:23pm our blessing Asher Dean Park was born and then at 2:27pm our miracle Amari Scarlet Park was born.

We really didn’t get to hold them that long. We cuddle with them for a little bit and then they both had to be put in the incubator in NICU since they were born 5 weeks before their due date. It’s kind of scary and stressful for us but Kris and I are really hopeful and are praying for them. I mean they been through so much and I know they’ll get through this too.

Kris and I really hope we don’t have to stay at the hospital for a long time especially since the kids want to see them and meet them. Just pray for our little miracle babies<3

¡Feliz Halloween!¡No comas demasiados dulces! [10 - 31 - 18]

Happy Halloween to you and to yours, this is probably my most favorite time of the year if I’m being serious. As you may have already figured out, our Halloween costumes were a bit all over the place and Avalon really didn’t want to be on camera, which I can understand, hence why his costume isn’t pictured. So, I was Maya this year, Thomas was obviously Totoro from My Neighbor Totoro and Andrea was hella lazy, so she was a glamorous witch. (We got a family photo after we were done trick or treating, hence why everything is illuminated.)

We got a lot of compliments from the neighbors (Especially for Thomas! So much candyyyyy) so there was that, and if we ran into a few homophobes, let’s just say that Avalon showed just how scary he could be. Until next time!

I miss my sissy! She stopped by to drop off some gifts for the baby. She bought  the cutest pink onsie with bunny ears.  I’ve always been jealous of her fashion taste, but I know I can count on her to keep my baby girl in style. 

I haven’t had a chance to visit her much since she moved out with Josh, so it’s always nice to have her company. We spent the day lounging outside by the pool (shocker right!) It’s just been so hard for me to get out of the house lately. If I take two steps to the mailbox my ankles go sore. But, it’s all worth the struggle!

Christmas Tree, Oh Christmas Tree| Blog Post [12-07-2018]

Christmas Tree, oh Christmas Tree, show me the prettiest of thee~. It’s that time of the year again guys! This was taken just as we were about to head out on the quest to find our perfect tree! Our requirements include height, width, sparseness to fullness and that perfect shade of evergreen tree green! So, our grandparents took us to the woods in aid of our quest, although as you can see, it was raining. It’s always raining here, it seems, though thankfully it turned to legitimate snow after a good thirty minutes, I was about to get really out of the Yuletide spirit! 

After about an hour or two, Zach found the perfect tree. Just goes to show how dedicated he is~. I have to give it to him, his tree skills are on point. Now, we have to get it home and decorate it before Yule. Also, there was a Christmas parade going by our street last Saturday, and they all threw candy at us! Not to mention that I dyed my hair yesterday! You’ll see the results later today though, I wanna keep it a surprise.

MY SWEET LITTLE MERMAIDS <3

This is a short post just to say, I am alive! Our life has been a little crazy recently but I will explain all that in a much bigger post.

I can’t believe how much my kids are growing up? Victor is nearly 9, Atticus turned 8 weeks on Wednesday and Sky and the trips are coming up to halfway in Their 2nd year and fourth years of development! It’s so scary thinking soon they will be all off to college.

I finally decided to cut my hair! I was getting bored of the same old so I cut it to a reasonable length which I find so much easier to manage!

4.11.20 // Quarantine Shopping

These last couple of months has been so crazy. So much has been going on and I really hope everyone is coping and doing well. The stores around my neighborhood has calm down with the crazy shopping but it’s still kind of hard to find the essentials items. The main store I go to is Publix and they make sure you don’t stock up on items which is great. I seen so many people that bought so much stuff and their family isn’t as big as mine. I always buy what we need for that week because I know there’s people out there that need some essentials stuff too.

One thing that has help this family a lot is “Home Chef”. “Home Chef” is a company that sends you and your family dinner for a week. It has help us a lot with not having to buy food for dinner at the store and saves us money.

I really hope by this time next month that everything will be back normal. Be safe everyone<3

07-26-19 : Work Out Grind

Hey cutie pies! How has everyone week has been? I hope all of you guys had a great week and I hope you guys have a great weekend also. Everything in our household is the same. Kids still enjoying their summer break even though it’s slowly coming to an end. I’m kind of glad about that. I mean I love my kids but I would at least like some time to myself lol.

When I do have some time to myself, it’s usually to workout. I’ve been working out every day for the past week with @reevespieces. Mikelle has really been the best work out buddy. I’ve been slowly getting rid of this baby weight and I can finally say that I back to where I was before I was pregnant with Kenzo.

I’m still going keep going to the gym to tone my body and just have some girl time with Mikelle. Love you and thanks for being my work out partner. Hopefully I can get in even better shape :)

June 30, 2019 - My Babies Shower🤰🏽👶🏽👶🏽

Hey guys! It’s Nyla. I hope everyone has been doing well. I had my babies shower that yesterday!

Thanks so much all of you for coming. Especially a big thanks to @charliesimss @mommaneedssomewine and @reevespieces for coming! I had such a fun time talking to you guys about being pregnant and going though labor. Very helpful and made me realize that I shouldn’t be scared lol

We played a lot of games and ate a lot of food. I also wants to say thank you for the gifts. I really do appreciated it.

I had a lot of fun even though it was very small which I liked. Very happy that you guys came to my babies shower

Last Days Of Warmth [ 10 - 3 - 18 ]

Hello, everyone, with the last few days of warmth upon us, Dorea and I decided to take our boys to the beach before Fall truly arrives and then the desolate hell that is Winter is upon us. This is a frequent question by the way, how bad is winter here in Hoenn. Answer- FURCHTBAR. Absolutely horrible! Ten out of ten would not recommend. Though I think it’ll be better because Thomas has never seen snow. 

So, because I am thalassophobic (meaning: TERRIFIED OF THE SEA KEEP THAT AWAY ASAP) I sunbathed with Balthazar and Hephaestus on the beach today. I even finished up a book I was reading before Thomas arrived, Ink and Bone by Rachel Caine via Audiobooks, because I was dozing by that point hehe. Most of these photos were taken as we left, but you know.....Live and learn.

Dorea splashed around in the crystalline water with Thomas and Avalon, once he figured out where we were. She even tried giving Thomas a few little swimming lessons (which he did not take well to, so he ended up making sand castles), while Avalon tried out windsurfing. I’d say he did pretty well. Though Thomas ended up not liking the water, I’m hoping we have a few more days before we have to start breaking out full on layering. Until next time~, happy autumn~
