I imagine the “Wanted List” is comprised of the major villains that have appeared on Pasio, with crimes such as attempted genocide, causing a massive ecological disturbance in Hoenn, trying to freeze Unova, attempted and actual murder, trying to destroy the world and purge it of spirit, etc...

...And then there’s now fucking Ball Guy, sharing space on that list.

AU where Ball Guy of all characters somehow ends up getting RR’d with the other villains?  (Ball Guy is confused/scared and doesn’t wanna be there.)
