Just gonna pop in here to say “We would love to make friends!”

Our dms and asks are open, and while we may not always answer (stuff gets buried, and not everyone always feels like talking), we would love to chat about absolutely anything! Quite a few of us are sad because we don’t really have friends, so I figured I’d make this post for them because they’re too shy.

I’m one of our more bubbly alters (Ruby, she/her), but like I said there’s a lot of us who would love a friend, and just aren’t sure how to make one (or several).

Some of the others feel lonely and have doubts that we’re even capable of having friends at this point. They feel like we’re just not good at this social stuff (which, we do have social anxiety), but I think it’s just hard to find someone we click with online.

So… we’re into a lot of things.

K-pop (and any other music)

a lot of creative hobbies (crochet, legos, writing, we’ve done some cross-stitch and diamond painting)

video games (playing the sims now, mostly open world rpgs and sandbox type games)

Psychology (mainly mental illnesses and childhood trauma responses)

Nature and outdoorsy stuff (hiking, nature photography, animals, gardening, indoor plants)

Anything water related (we have a strong connection to water, love the beach, but also streams, rivers and lakes), swimming

Cooking and baking (that one’s mainly me)

I think that’s our main hobbies and interests, but it depends on who’s fronting of course.

We’re not super into any specific media, but if you want to introduce us to something you really enjoy, that would be cool too :)

Just looking for someone who actually wants to get to know us and not just make some small talk.

I need to get more hormones, I'm almost out of spiro, totally out of estradiol and progesterone, and I feel gross

But I can't afford the blood draws anymore because my insurance doesn't pay for them and they're like $500

It's a really difficult decision, but my wife and I have to get out of Florida as soon as possible. This state, our home, has been turning against us more and more by trying to define who has the right to live and love. Being queer and trans in the South has always come with its own set of challenges, but our state government has decided to legislate us out of existence instead.

Our plan is to move out to the West Coast to be closer to the family we have that hasn’t turned their backs since coming out, where we can find the support, resources, and legal protections that are quickly vanishing in this state.

Any amount you can do, even if it is just sharing the link, will help us find and build a new home for ourselves.

I swear I distinctly remember turning on my alarm last night. And then I wake up late to it being turned off again. And this shouldn’t be such a big deal because I’ve always had trouble remembering. But I just don’t know why I, or another alter, would turn off our alarm clock in the middle of the night. There’s no rhyme or reason to it.

Is someone just being mischievous? Or are they actually trying to sabotage us? I have no way of knowing.
