Ruins wasn’t very fond of humans. She preferred the company of her cute and silly friends. Though, Nighty, her beloved raccoon, asked her this question one day—

Ruins turns around to see the little raccoon clutching onto her apron as she’s cooking the pasta for its hungry self, who is looking at her with eyes full of anticipation.

She thinks, hands reaching to pet Nighty’s forehead.

‘I hate humans….’

But the question stands: would she even if her beloved Nighty was one?

She smiles softly, the answer is obvious.

“Nighty…” she kneels in front of the raccoon, petting her head, “You’re my precious little Pookie, and you will always be.”

Nighty’s face brightens a bit as Ruins boops her nose.

“Raccoon or human, in the trash of my heart— you’ll always have a place.”

Ruins stands back up, plating the pasta carefully, “now, let’s have some food, shall we?”

„LMAO“ she reads Ruins answer to her confusion about the term „being knocked up“, relieved to see she takes it with humour.

A notification pings up. A new ask.

Nighty huffs, as she thinks of a funny way to answer. She first copies her reader x sukuna oneshot about the same topic into the textbox, about to change the names to Ruins and Nighty, but then decides that that one may be a bit too slutty and that she deserves a personal worded answer.

Ruins nervously wiggles her foot, as she‘s waiting for an answer.

What‘s taking her so long? It‘s just a simple „yes or no“ question.

Does she love me at all?

She sighs, thinking about all the work she still has to do for her studies.

A „yes“ would make my day so much better.
