Thurisaz

Today, July 29, the period of manifestation for the Thurisaz Runa starts, period that will end on August 12.

Thurisaz, symbolizes the hammer power of the thunder god Thor that imposes respect.

The Thurisaz rune represents Strength, but at the same time also Prudence, in fact it is not a rune of action, on the contrary it indicates that the time has come not to act. In addition, it also depicts defense, and the action meant as "action of the conscience of the mind".

Tale Runa expresses the small resentments that have to be processed daily.

In themselves, like thorns, such resentments, are only annoying, but in bits, complicit by the lack of objective or introspection, they could assume gigantic unmeasurable proportions to the triggering cause.

Thurisaz advises us that it would be appropriate to discuss problems with friends, waiting patiently for their turn. Don't jump to conclusions and exercise caution.

DIVINATION

In the phase of Divination, the Runa Thurisaz se Dritta, invites you to stop and contemplate life in all its expansion (past and present)

The Runa Thurisaz therefore advises to remember especially when and why you were happy, what made you sad, what were your triumphs and what were your failures.

It tells us that, it's not the time to decide, but to learn from your own actions and deepen your knowledge to become better in the future.

Upside down on the other hand indicates discouragement, passive resistance and uncertainty, and the advice it gives is to be very careful before acting to solve a problem.

If you insist on continuing blindly, without considering other options, you will end up further complicating life or even harming someone.

It is better to plan your action and clarify your objectives. It’s a mistake to want to start over and think that things can be solved when you want them to.

A lesson from the past that should never be forgotten is that everything, in order to function well, takes a certain time.

When it comes to love, the Runa Thurisaz tells us that we need to be careful when expressing our feelings and try not to confuse passion with love. This way you will avoid causing unnecessary suffering to yourself and others.

While for Il Voro Thurisaz indicates that we need to avoid being blinded by the promise of easy success. Before embarking on a new project you need to be aware of your own strengths and limitations.

And finally when it comes to Health, the Runa Thurisaz informs us that maybe you are going through a delicate moment and you don’t feel well physically. The best thing will be not to overdo it, do enough exercise and follow a varied and complete diet.

It was early evening: Trin and Vincent had been in front of the fireplace in the little apartment off of her office, sharing a bottle of arcwine whilst finishing up their separate calculations on a rather complex bit of runemancy. The magically fortified and sound-nullified building meant they hadn’t immediately heard the chaos outside— hadn’t had a chance to register what was happening as they turned to look out the window, only to see swarms of Nerubians spilling out of dozens of portals. 

Vincent— a prodigious mage in his own right— was first out the door, clad still in his pyjamas and slippers as he pulled his wand from his robe pocket and strode into the street. A jet of azure light shot from the end of his wand, shearing off a Nerubian’s wing at its joint: the insectoid let out a blood-curdling shriek, and around them citizens fled as Vincent turned and took on two more— both of them twice the size of the first one. 

Trin snapped from her horrified daze as the building rumbled and shifted ominously. She reached up to the bun atop her head and pulled her wand from its tangles, and slid her feet into a pair of boots before striding out of the flat and across the office. Vincent had dispatched the other two Nerubians as the first bled out, twitching in an unsightly way on the rubble-strewn cobblestones while across the street, a stream of panicked citizens poured from a shop and ran in the direction Vincent directed them— hopefully further away from the chaos. 

It all happened fast— so fast; too fast. 

She put a hand on the doorknob and made eye contact with Vincent as the ground beneath them began to rumble and shake, more violently with each passing second. The building’s supports groaned; dust shook loose and fell from the ceiling as the purple plaster walls began to crack. She turned the knob, but the door wouldn’t budge— in all the chaos— in the minute between Vincent using the door and the time she got there— the building had shifted enough for the door to become physically stuck in its frame. 

“Vincent, the door—!” She looked down and rattled the knob again; when she looked back up, he was standing right in front of the door, a palm to the glass. “Blink!” she yelled. “Blink through— !” She pressed a palm to his against the window, knowing full well the shop was warded heavily enough to prevent him from doing so, and to prevent either of them from simply blasting the door away without a few lengthy, complicated, and fiddly bits of magic. As a last ditch effort she tried to kick the door, her only result a bruised foot. 

The building shook more violently: chunks of plaster fell from the ceiling, knocking over displays and experiments, destroying decades of careful work in mere seconds. All the while, the two maintained steady eye contact. 

“You have to go!” Vincent yelled, his raised voice distant and muffled through the heavily warded glass. Trin shook her head. 

“I will not!” she yelled back stubbornly. 

“Break the lines!” he yelled back. Then: “...I love you!” 

Trin pressed both hands to the glass— the stupid, magically-fortified, unbreakable glass. 

“Vincent—” 

“I love you, Trin Ebrill Llewellyn with six L’s!” he called out, smiling as he backed away from the doorway and into the chaos in the street. 

“...I love you,” she whispered back, her voice cracking as she picked up her wand and maintained eye contact with him, determined to remember every detail of his face. “I always have.” 

Always will, she saw him mouth back through the glass. She took three steps back and started to draw a series of runes in the air. The shop— the walls, the floor, the ceiling, the windows— began to emit a pink glow as the magical bonds that kept the inside of her office anchored to Dalaran began to fall away: soon, the building stopped shaking, though outside was getting worse as entire city blocks began to crumble and the tops of towers broke off and dove heavily into the streets below. 

There was a low rumble— deeper than any that had come before, lower than the pounding of a million Nerubian feet. It was as if the city itself was opening its mouth to yawn; a baleful roll that shook the floating city to its very core. The connection severed, all Trin could do through the quickly-disappearing portal was watch. 

It happened so fast— too fast. 

One moment she stood, helpless, staring out at Vincent in the street; the next, there was nothing. 

A blinding flash of white light, and then nothing. 

Nothing at all.

The bell tinkled in the small shop, just as the portal to Ironforge closed behind Quai. Trin waved a hand dismissively and the glowing runes around the portal were swept away into nothingness. “Can I help you?” she asked as she turned to find a young man about her age standing by the door, his left hand fidgeting with the sleeve of his deep blue robes. 

“Er— I’ve come about the job posting— only it was rather vague, it just said ‘magical assistant required’.” He paused; Trin continued to watch him expectantly. “...I was wondering if your assistant had to be inherently magical, or if ‘magical’ was more of an ambiguous quality, in the way one might describe a particularly wonderful person. Like a muse.”  

Trin, for once in her life, appeared at a temporary loss for words. “I… had not thought I needed to clarify that particular adjective— I’m sorry, are you here to apply as a skilled magical assistant, or are you here to apply as a… muse?” 

The man beamed at her; Trin blinked owlishly behind her round frames. 

“I’ll take any job I can get,” he admitted. “Though I feel I should mention that I am inherently magical— frost, some arcane, a fair bit of runemancy.” He stuck out a hand to her. “Vincent Mallory Torbel.” 

Trin looked down at his hand, then extended one of her own with no small amount of caution.

“Trin Ebrill Llewellyn— six L’s.” 

Vincent chuckled softly. “Well, you’ve got me beat by three— I’ll work on that,” he joked. 

“...You intend to alter the spelling of your name for it to include more L’s?” 

Vincent looked at her to see if she was joking, though it was evident by her look of total confusion that perhaps she wasn’t even certain what a joke even was. He smiled gently. 

“No, I was just joking.”

“...Ah. Well, if you are going to work as my assistant, I would ask that you either clarify when you make jokes, or you refrain from making them.” 

“You’re hiring me? Just like that?” 

“Well, you are the only one who has applied.” 

“I feel so loved and appreciated.” 

“...Another joke?” 

“Sorry.”

Everything beyond the windows was dark: a yawning, black maw that stretched out infinitely before her, swallowing everything beyond the thick panes of glass. Bits of dust continued to fall from the ceiling every so often, though the rumbling and the noise and the building shaking had stopped. 

Everything was still. 

Everything was silent.

“Jak wam się podoba”

Teatr: Teatr Ludowy

Reżyseria: Maćko Prusak

Gdybym miał stworzyć listę moich ulubionych dzieł Szekspira (jakkolwiek pretensjonalnie to nie brzmi) to „Jak wam się podoba” znajdowało by się poza listą, bo tak bardzo nie znoszę tego tekstu. Szekspir świadomie stworzył niemądrą komedię z całkowicie bzdurną fabułą, przy której pościgi w korytarzu z drzwiami ze Scoobie Doo to szczyt intelektualnej przyjemności. Serwuje się nam prostą historię o wygnanym księciu i jego złym bracie, o ucieczce córki wygnanego – Rozalindy ze swoją kuzynką Celią od złego wuja do Lasu Ardeńskiego, gdzie – przebrane za mężczyzn – przeżywają pasterskie przygody; wszyscy we wszystkich się zakochują, źli się nawracają, koniec; dobro miłość i Kapitan Planeta triumfują.

Dlatego też – wbrew pozorom – w moim odczuciu tak ciężko przenieść tę historię w sensowny sposób na scenę. Do dziś mam flashbacki z totalnie koszmarnego „Jak wam się podoba” Kleczewskiej z Teatru Żeromskiego w Kielcach, gdzie reżyserka starała się powiedzieć coś więcej przez pryzmat tej opowieści i wyszedł z tego potwornie niestrawny spektakl.

W kontraście do tych wietnamskich (kieleckich) flashbacków mam przed oczami najnowszą premierę Teatru Ludowego w której nie pokładałem zbyt wielkich nadziei z powodu tego, na jakim tekście źródłowym bazuje, a tutaj – uwaga – udało się. Mamy przyzwoity spektakl. Twórcy w nowohuckim teatrze postanawiają zrobić dokładnie to, co zrobił Szekspir, czyli opowiedzieć prostą, w teorii zabawną historię. Nie szukają w niej drugiego dna i  nie próbują wyciągać na pierwszy plan wątków tożsamościowych bohaterek, co działa naprawdę ożywczo. Moim zdaniem właśnie to, że postawiono na czystą zabawę, bardzo mocno uskrzydla ten spektakl. Dodatkowym, ciekawym zabiegiem jest wystawienie „Jak wam się podoba” w konwencji musicalowej – przez cały przebieg przedstawienia uświadczymy kilkunastu piosenek. Nie będę ukrywał: część jest fantastycznie udanych, ale trafiają się też zupełnie chybione. Kiedy dowiedziałem się, że ma być to Szekspir w wydaniu musicalowym, uszami wyobraźni słyszałem raczej piosenki będące dosłownym tekstem spektaklu wyśpiewanym przez aktorów, w Ludowym postawiono jednak na napisanie zupełnie nowych, autonomicznych piosenek powiązanych jedynie tematycznie – stąd czasem w moim odczuciu te zgrzyty.

Dodatkowo miałem wrażenie, że piosenki rozłożyły się dosyć nierównomiernie. Pierwszy akt jest nimi wypełniony po brzegi, natomiast w drugiej części czułem jakąś posuchę i ten brak równowagi trochę mnie uwierał.

Warto też wspomnieć, że ten spektakl wyróżnia wyborna choreografia za którą odpowiadał reżyser całego widowiska – Maćko Prusak, który przez lata kojarzył mi się głównie właśnie z pracami choreograficznymi. Widać tutaj jego ogromne doświadczenie w tej dziedzinie – wybornie się ogląda to, jak pokierowano aktorami i na przykład w finałowej piosence nie sposób oderwać oczu od sceny. Pomijając jednak tę kwestię, miło mi było zobaczyć w końcu jakiś spektakl skierowany do dorosłego widza, który wyszedł spod jego ręki, bo nieważne jak bardzo oczarowała mnie „Pippi” w reżyserii Prusaka (też w Teatrze Ludowym) to nadal byłem ciekawy jak poradzi sobie z widownią dorosłą, może mniej wymagającą niż dzieci, ale możliwe, że też bardziej bezwzględną.

Czuję się w obowiązku napomknąć także o przepięknych kostiumach i dekoracjach; gromkie brawa dla Marty Śniosek-Masacz odpowiedzialnej za obie z wymienionych rzeczy. Dawno nie widziałem w teatrze tak pięknego lasu i tak smutnej wiaty PKS-u, a za kostiumy owiec powinna zostać nagrodzona złotym runem. Stworzona przez nią przestrzeń wybornie współgrała ze światem wykreowanym przez Prusaka.

Aktorzy Ludowego wspaniale odnajdują się w tym całym przedsięwzięciu. Warto wymienić świetnie otwierającą spektakl rolę Krzysztofa Góreckiego w roli Rolanda; krótki występ, ale realnie wciągający widza w świat spektaklu – ogromny to ciężar: otworzyć spektakl, ale Górecki zrobił to z ogromną klasą.

Niezmiennie kocham oglądać na scenie Weronikę Kowalską, bo jest super aktorką i pokazuje kolejny raz jak doskonale śpiewa. Jej Febe jest kapryśna, groźna, ale jednocześnie swojska i jak gdyby znana. Świetnie skonstruowana i wyczuta kreacja. Cóż mogę powiedzieć, jak zawsze robi wrażenie.

Jednocześnie po raz pierwszy chyba poczułem jakąś więź porozumienia z Robertem Ratusznym. Jego rola Probierza kupiła mnie od pierwszego pojawienia się na scenie. Jest przegięty na tyle, na ile wymaga tego historia, ale także jest w nim coś posągowego. Pysznie zagrał i czekam na więcej, bo do tej pory jakoś przemykał mi poza linią wzroku.

W ogólnym rozrachunku Maćko Prusak zrobił w Ludowym spektakl solidny. Wizualnie łapiący widza za oko, dobrze zagrany przez aktorów, którzy dwoją się i troją i nie tracą energii przez całe trzy godziny. Nie daje się „Jak wam się  podoba” uciec od lekkich potknięć: czy to podyktowanych samym tekstem źródłowym czy to wybraną przez twórców formą, ale mimo wszystko wychodzi z tych potknięć obronną ręką z jedynie poharatanymi kolanami, a nie rozbitym nosem.

Rune futhark: libri e introduzione

Domenica 21 Aprile 2019 ore 15.00 Nuvolo Parlando di Rune (futhark) si tratta di argomento vastissimo, che non può certo essere liquidato con quattro nozioni, tre immagini e due giochi divinatori e che richiede studio e quindi tempo. Ne possiedo diversi set: di legno, di sasso e di pietre semi-preziose, le ho studiate molto, capite meno e usate poco, ma non le ho mai abbandonate. 

Avevo in casa due libri sulle rune:

"Rune frammenti di Stelle" di S Benetton - Ed. Cerchio della Luna

É un libricino più che tascabile che, dopo una breve introduzione sull'esperienza dell'autrice, con i simboli fa un lavoro più meditativo che divinatorio, ma anche questo aspetto può essere di certo apprezzato.

"Il nuovo libro delle rune" di R. Blum - Hobby&Work Italiana Editrice

É decisamente più completo (conteneva anche un bel set di rune) anche se non esaustivo, fa un po' di storia/mitologia/archeologia, prende in esame l'esperienza dell'autore con la meditazione ed infine l'oracolo vero e proprio.

Entrambi prendono in esame la venticinquesima runa, quella bianca/vuota detta "di Odino" e in entrambi c'è ancora il prezzo in Lire Italiane O_O

Quando, dopo così tanti anni ho riletto la sezione delle rune sul MaterTerra e ho preso in mano questi due libri per riscriverla, mi sono sembrati "inadeguati" e così mi sono procurata: Runemal- Il grande libro delle rune di Carmignani Bellini - Ed. L'Età dell'Acquario

È un grosso librone che prende in considerazione l'argomento da molti punti di vista e che, per quanto mi riguarda (e mi serve), tratta l'argomento in modo fin troppo vasto. Leggendo diverse recensioni su altrettanti siti, c'è chi lo considera una bibbia indispensabile, chi lo crede inesatto: quale sia la verità, probabilmente non lo sapremo mai. Il libro inizia con un'introduzione storica, quindi (la parte che mi ha interessato di più) mette in relazione le rune vichinghe (Futhark) con altri "alfabeti" indoeuropei. Continua prendendo in considerazione altre notazioni "runiche" dilungandosi esageratamente su Antico Futhark, Futhork Anglosassone, Futhork Giovane, r. Gotiche, Ungheresi, Siberiane, Armaniche, Segrete e molte altre, includendo infine anche il Cirth, cioè la notazione inventata da Tolkien per le lingue dei suoi libri e qui devo dire che ho "storto un po' il naso"..

La parte di descrizione dei simboli e degli archetipi associati che segue, è a dir poco poderosa, l'argomento viene sviscerato da molteplici angolazioni (storico/mitologico/religioso/meditativo/archetipico/tradizionale) e un'altra cosa che mi è piaciuta molto, è che nella descrizione dei simboli, l'autore usa un filo conduttore, come se un simbolo fosse il proseguimento dell'altro in una ipotetica visione della vita, dei problemi e delle motivazioni che ci spingono a risolverli per migliorarci. Il libro non prende in considerazione la venticinquesima runa, nemmeno vi accenna.

Ma torniamo all'inizio. Per un attimo mi sono chiesta se fosse il caso di continuare a studiare un argomento "apparentemente" nemmeno riconducibile alle tradizioni italiche, ma ma ma.. Da quando abbiamo avuto accesso a internet e quindi i nostri "orizzonti stregoneschi" si sono allargati, ho sempre avuto una speciale attrazione per questi simboli "nordici", e con la nuova esperienza di studio, ho appurato che la mia insolita attrazione per l'esotico, non è poi così strampalata. Però, solo per elaborare qualcosa di decente, non troppo scarno ne troppo vasto e particolareggiato per il primo simbolo, ci ho messo una settimana; terminare l’argomento in un solo post avrebbe richiesto un'eternità. Quindi alla fine ho pensato che è meglio che condivida ogni mio "progresso" nello studio di questo "linguaggio", in modo che chiunque abbia cognizione possa correggere, integrare e portare il proprio contributo/esperienza.

                               RUNE - FRAMMENTI DI STELLE

Si narra che il Dio Nordico Odino, per apprendere l'arte delle rune e quindi la saggezza, immolò se stesso rimanendo appeso al frassino Yggdrasill, l'albero cosmico della vita (o del mondo), oscillando al vento per nove giorni e nove notti, ferendosi con il filo della sua stessa spada, quando dalle radici dell'albero, immerse in un pozzo di saggezza, ricevette le rune e che, disceso dall'albero e divenuto saggio a sua volta, le incise su legno, pietra, osso e zoccolo di cavallo.

In realtà le rune sono un antico alfabeto nordico giunte fino a noi grazie a numerosi ritrovamenti che vanno dalla Scandinavia a molte parti d'Europa sino a giungere nelle Americhe. Probabilmente i simboli non hanno mai dato vita ad una lingua parlata ma venivano usati per la divinazione, per incidere il metallo (elmi e spade) e grandi steli di pietra. I sacerdoti tramandavo oralmente i loro segreti, quindi questi non sono sopravvissuti al tempo, in più, dal Medioevo in poi, con il definitivo tracollo del paganesimo, le rune vennero degradate dall'intolleranza religiosa e, aboliti e assorbiti gli antichi culti, feste e divinità, ad opera della demonizzante propaganda cristiana, le rune, insieme a scopa e calderone, diventarono i giocattoli delle streghe. UNA, SANTA, CATTOLICA E APOSTOLICA (...) Pare quindi che, come si può immaginare, le rune derivino da simboli più antichi diffusi in ampie zone di tutta l'Europa da stanziamenti di popolazioni indoeuropee, nei cui simboli vi fu una radice comune, che furono uno l'evoluzione dell'altro, che i popoli viaggiavano e migravano e che portavano la propria notazione nel luogo dove andavano e che questa veniva assimilata ed adattata, che mutava e che a sua volta veniva diffusa.

Per quanto riguarda la notazione Futhark (acronimo delle iniziali delle prime sei rune: Fehu, Uruz, Thurisaz, Ansuz, Raido, Kenaz), che inizialmente era formato da ventiquattro segni e che è quella prevalentemente diffusa e usata oggi , vi sono diverse teorie: forse derivano dall'alfabeto fenicio, o forse da quello greco.. (Quando ho letto questo passaggio ho finalmente capito la mia insolita attrazione verso qualcosa di non italico. Sul libro di storia alle scuole medie, c'era uno specchietto con l'alfabeto fenicio e io lo avevo imparato per tenere i miei affari lontani dai curiosi..), ma più probabilmente derivano da una scrittura appartenente al gruppo delle cinque principali varietà di alfabeto italico settentrionale derivato dall'alfabeto etrusco.                                                                       E parlando di storia e mutazioni alfabetiche potremmo scrivere per ore, ma nemmeno questo è il mio intento e spiegarvi quale sia non è così facile. Quando ho saputo dell'esistenza delle rune e le ho maneggiate per la prima volta, ho sentito subito il loro "potere magico". Sperimentare concretamente il vero presente, per la maggior parte di noi è estremamente difficile perché per nostra natura umana, sprechiamo buona parte della nostra esistenza soffermandoci sui rimpianti del passato e fantasticando sul futuro; eppure ci capita spesso di vivere il presente anche per brevi attimi, (ad esempio quando perdiamo un oggetto caro legato al passato, una fotografia, o delle pagine di diario), ma non ce ne rendiamo conto. Quando camminiamo lentamente o guidiamo per lunghi tratti ci mettiamo quasi automaticamente a riesaminare idee e pensieri.. Poi all'improvviso ci "svegliamo", molti chilometri dopo, senza nemmeno esserci resi conto del vento, degli alberi o di aver respirato l'aria. Le rune mi danno il "potere" di ancorarmi al presente, di godere del momento temporale, di vedere e sentire ciò che mi sta attorno e quando ho imparato a farlo, ho capito cos'è veramente la magia. Le rune fanno si che il fruscio che sovrasta e confonde la mente, lasci il posto al silenzio che mi tiene ancorata all'attimo presente. È un esercizio per niente semplice, che riesce solo se nella nostra vita spirituale ci consideriamo sempre e solo all'inizio e non desideriamo continuamente correre avanti. Quando infine sperimentiamo il vero presente, ci rendiamo conto che le cose, accadono qui e ora.

CONSULTARE LE RUNE

E dopo tanta teoria (cosa in cui sono molto portata), a descrivere la pratica mi trovo in difficoltà, pertanto vado a sfogliare nuovamente i tre libri in mio possesso, e mi viene la faccetta con la bocca tutta curve tipo così:  :-S "Determinate ore del giorno.. ..incenso.. ..candele.. panno di velluto nero, viola, rosso, fucsia, leopardato.. ..preparazione psicologica/concentrazione/preghiera.. .. meditazione con i simboli.. ..respirazione..

Io credo una cosa sola: le rune non sono come i Tarocchi, non predicono il futuro, ma chiariscono la situazione al momento presente: solo quando nella nostra mente c'è il silenzio di cui sopra, allora si estrae il primo simbolo. Una bella frase del secondo libro dice:" La runa giusta sa farsi riconoscere dalle mie dita" Le domande da porre sono quelle che si riferiscono all'opportunità e/o alla tempestività di un'azione. Per esempio, invece di chiedere: "Dovrei porre fine alla mia relazione?" Dichiarare: "Il problema ORA è la mia relazione". Invece di chiedere: "Dovrei accettare questo nuovo lavoro?" Dichiarare: "Il problema ORA è il mio lavoro. È questione di "focalizzare" il problema e non la domanda: pensateci, è MOLTO diverso. Se non abbiamo un problema specifico, ma desideriamo un quadro generale della situazione, potremmo dichiarare: "Che cosa devo sapere IN QUESTO MOMENTO riguardo la mia vita ADESSO?" Di solito la risposta è istruttiva.

Lettura Nove rune hanno la stessa lettura indipendentemente da come vengono estratte, le altre sedici si possono "ricevere" dritte  o  capovolte. Per esempio, ricevere Ehwaz, la runa del movimento capovolta, sposta l'attenzione del consultante verso gli aspetti di quella situazione che potrebbero precludere qualunque movimento, oppure indicare che in quel momento è inopportuno muoversi o agire. La comparsa di una runa capovolta non è motivo di allarme ma segnale che sono richieste cura ed attenzione nella nostra condotta, oppure che dobbiamo considerare alcuni aspetti della nostra vita o del nostro comportamento che fino ad ora abbiamo evitato.

Costruire le proprie rune? Sull'onda di un attacco collettivo di faidate altamente infettivo e grazie anche al meraviglioso sito della cara Baubo (che purtroppo non c'è più), per un po' di tempo tutti hanno fatto la corsa a costruirsi il proprio set di rune. Potrebbe essere un'idea, ma in qualunque modo intendiamo farlo, deve essere un'occasione per il suddetto "ancoraggio al presente". Non vorrei però che l'ansia di non essere in grado di meditare, precludesse alla fine ogni nostra azione e ci facesse desistere dall'impresa qualunque essa sia. Proviamo a considerare meditazione/concentrazione/ancoraggio al presente, anche azioni semplici come sottolineare la frase di un libro, curare una pianta, preparare la cena o lavare l'auto.  Realizzare il nostro set di rune può costituire una piacevole e profonda meditazione.

Tenere un diario Non considero le rune un metodo divinatorio così facile da assimilare, come in tutte le cose ci vuole passione e dedizione, l'intuizione invece, secondo me si acquista solo con il tempo. Quando si stabilisce una metodologia di lavoro con le rune e si hanno dei riscontri, è utile annotare e registrare le indicazioni che se ne ricevono. Tenere un diario durante il cammino della stregoneria (non solo sulle rune) è qualcosa che si consiglia sin da subito e che, almeno per quanto mi riguarda, può continuare per sempre (io, andando a cercare, so cosa ho fatto e che tempo faceva un giorno anche di molti molti anni fa). Giorno, ora, situazione generale della nostra vita in qual momento, estrazioni, breve interpretazione. Tenere questi dati ci consente di seguire e verificare la qualità dei progressi fatti nel corso del lavoro con le rune.

Una runa ci guida nella giornata Estrarre una runa la mattina, registrarla sul diario e lasciare che ci faccia da guida nella giornata, annotare ciò che ne è derivato la sera. Annotare tutto ci aiuta ad acquisire maggiore familiarità con l'oracolo e con il tempo ci consentirà di valutarne l'accuratezza nella sua funzione di guida. Una volta raggiunta una certa disinvoltura, si possono sperimentare metodi nuovi e/o più articolati.

Qui finisce questa lunga introduzione alla divinazione con le rune. Ovviamente ci sarebbero decine di pagine da scrivere, ma non voglio di certo sostituirmi a chi studia la tradizione nordica e che quindi fa delle rune non solo un oracolo ma un archetipo della vita stessa. E sinceramente credo che il mio interesse sulle rune si esaurisca in questo modo (E menomale perché a scrivere questa introduzione ci ho messo "solo" otto giorni).

Continueremo questo viaggio un simbolo alla volta poi mi direte se le rune vichinghe non vi sono sembrate magiche.

Whereas for Work, Ansuz tells us that new opportunities (trips or interviews, advancements) will present themselves. However, we need to be responsible and complete the commitments already made. For this Ansuz recommends organizing time well and setting your priorities.

And in the end, but not by importance there is Health, as far as Health is concerned La Runa Anzus

they tell us that we need to save energy, maybe because we are experiencing a moment of transition or there are problems that require maximum effort to solve.

The best thing is to get enough rest to allow the body to recover its energy.
