New Small Fixes: Top Notch Toddler Fix

Top Notch Toddler Fix: Apparently the toddler reward trait system has been broken for a long time. This mod fixes that issue. Your toddlers will be able to earn 'Happy Toddler' trait if all skills are Level 3, and 'Top Notch Toddler' if all skills are max level.

Engineer Work Assignment Fix: I forgot to upload it last time, added now.

There are two versions and you should include only ONE!

The original version only checks when a lot is reloaded, or when toddlers gain Potty Skill to Level 3. All reward traits require Pottly Level 3 so it's easy to test and will load signifigantly faster.

The extensive version, however, tests whenever a lot is reloaded, or when any skill is leveled up over level 3. This will allow you to play continuously without reloading the lot or travelling with the toddler to a different lot. However, this is performace heavy, since the toddler will be tested with 5 loot actions at most, which makes loading time longer.

Ok so I thought I was done when I finished Horse Ranch, but then I realized there were a bunch of things added via Base Game updates and we deserve to not have to see those if we don't want either!

This includes everything EA has added via free Base Game update that wasn't included in starbeary's Base Game hiders because they weren't out yet!

THIS ALSO INCLUDES THE BASE GAME INFANT UPDATE!

If you’re familiar with Starbeary’s hiders, this is exactly the same thing but for the free Base Game updates. If you’re not familiar with Starbeary’s hiders, here’s what they do:

Hides the item in the CAS Catalog so when you are making/editing Sims, you won’t even have to look at it anymore!

Disables the item for random so that it will not spawn on any new townies. (Townies already generated before adding hiders will still have any items you’ve hidden. These hiders only apply to all townies generated after you put the hiders in your game).

Everything is in one zip file and all items are separated and categorized into folders. They have the name that Sims 4 Studio assigns to them. You can go through and pick which items you do and don’t want.

HOW TO USE:

Put all the packages for items you DON’T want into your mods folder.

Delete all the packages for items you DO want.

Never again look at another CAS item you don’t want to!

🦇 Description: The medical plasma packs in the game have always annoyed me for one reason: they can only be purchased, not harvested (unless you have Cats and Dogs).

I wanted to make plasma packs available to produce by clicking on sims, so I made this mod. You can extract one plasma pack if you're feeling nice, or drain a sim of their blood.

Vampires, as well as humans, can take their own blood. They will receive a 'Vampire Blood Bag' - which can be sold for 10,000 simoleons or drunk by a human, instantly turning them.

New Small Fixes: Owned Business Fix

Owned Business Fix: After For Rent update, all the player owned Vet Clinic and Retail Stores stopped functioning. No vet will come after you check in, and you can't buy anything at a Retail Store. This is due to the player owned business lots not automatically opening upon visit, unless the lot owner do so. This is extremely annoying for rotational players, and this fix that issue. Three vets will spawn upon visit, just like before. Retail Store functions differently: You need to click on the cashier and open the store manually to make the lot function. The Retail Fix Requires XML Injector.

Engineer Work Assignment Fix: The Engineers cannot complete their work assignments 'Test Experimental Components' on the robotics table. This mod fixed that.

Butcher Animals

🦇 Description: When playing historical gameplay or just your average farm, waiting for meat to come in the post is very annoying. Here is a minor tweak to allow animals (cows, llamas, mini sheep, mini goats and chickens) to be butchered.

The mod works with both the EA animals and Lot51's Free Range animals (as that mod is incredible). There is a version of the butcher interaction that uses the grim reaper animation. The sim does fly, but it was the best option I could find. Enjoy!

Convince to Leave Any Committed Partner... (S4)

What Was Done

Sims no longer automatically become romantic partners/girlfriends/boyfriends after they convince their lover to leave their spouse

"Convince to Leave Spouse" now requires a lower romantic relationship (about half)

A new Interaction: "Convince to Leave Partner" --> sims can now ask others to leave their other romantic partner(s), if they (as the "Other Person") is in a committed relationship with the cheater

Friendly Relationship(s) tank between the cheater and the cheated-on Sim in both interactions much more than before

2 new relbits [for now, just there for aesthetics and to visibly track relationships/history]: "Left" & "Left Behind"

Mod Conflicts

If you have a mod that directly affects the EA "Convince to Leave Spouse" interaction, it will likely conflict with this one.

You Need: Scumbumbo's XML Injector  (Redownload this injector for the HSY Patch/Pack if you haven't already)

Hello, I’m back! Here is the set of buy mode hiders that I had been working on, but never completed. Despite that, I had made a lot of headway through several of the packs, so I felt like it was a waste not to post them. Hopefully I haven’t missed anything! Please feel free to use this as a base for your own creations, just make sure to tag me so I can reblog you!

But before you download, here’s how to use these files ~

What this mod doesn’t do …

Hide any CC, such as recolors, that use these meshes or files. They will appear as normal.

Delete, hide, or make invisible anything that has already been placed, or is included with premade lots such as ones from the Gallery.

Delete any files from your game or computer. It just hides them!

What this mod will conflict with …

Anything that replaces or overrides the same items that are included in this file.

An easy way to tell if you have conflicting mods is to run the Package Conflict Detector program which will easily tell you if there’s a problem.

How do I unhide something?

Open the .package file in Sims4Studio to double-check it’s the item you want to keep. (optional)

Delete the .package file.

The item will now be displayed in the build / buy catalog again.

How do I unhide only certain swatches of something?

Method 1:

Open the .package file in Sims4Studio.

Click on the swatch you want to unhide and click “Remove Swatch” in the upper right hand corner.

Remember to save!

The item will now be displayed in the build / buy catalog again.

Method 2:

This method is slightly more complex, but this is normally what I use as it allows me to change the categories, tags, price, etc. on the item as if it were CC. It will appear in your game with the CC mark on it. It also means if you would like to return to hiding the file, you can just delete the cloned file instead of redownloading this mod to get the full hider to use again.

Open Sims4Studio.

Under the “Object” section, select “Standalone Recolor”.

Find the object you wish to keep. You can type the item’s title in the search bar to find it easily. Click the thumbnail, then click “Next” on the bottom right.

Type a title for the .package file and click “Save”.

You will be taken to a screen where you can freely edit the object’s title, description, price, categories, tags, etc. You can delete the swatches you don’t want on the top bar.

Click on the swatch(es) you don’t want and click “Remove Swatch” in the upper right hand corner.

Remember to save!

The cloned item will now be displayed in the build / buy catalog along with your customizations.
