SUMMER WORKSHOPS 2020 - This week marks the beginning of three new online workshops that I'll be offering. - Ranging in times - morning, noon and evening, prices - free, donation and affordable, and themes - sacred geometry, meditation and mandalas, it is my hope that there is something for everyone and that you can join one sometime. - Sacred Circles & Geometry: Looking at the languages through which the universe speaks, this series is an opportunity to connect with the principal elements found throughout nature. Bringing the symbols to life through drawing, reflection and meditation, this should be a great way to start the weekend. - Midday Meditation: A moment to cultivate calm, find stillness and spaciousness. Everyone knows meditation is good for you but still it can be tricky to find a suitable time to do it. I've been practicing mindfulness meditation for years now, and I believe it is a great use of time! In fact, if you don't feel at least 10% better by the end of the half hour, I'll give you your money back. (This one's the free workshop). - Mandalas - Mindfulness & Creativity: This universal symbol really is a key to awakening and enlivening your creative practice. Practical mark-making tips, mindfulness exercises and a practice you can "take home" with you. Veteran artist @clarissagrandi.art will be hosting a 4-week online geometry art course. This course will run on Saturdays from 9am to 11:30 am GMT. Sessions will be held on zoom & recorded for those that can’t make it live. Swipe for examples of some of her beautiful work.

WORKSHOPS JUNE 2020 - Saturdays 'Sacred Circles & Geometry Series' 10.30am-12pm BST - Wednesdays 'Midday Meditation' 12-12.30pm BST - Thursdays 'Mandalas: Mindfulness & Creativity' 6-7.15pm BST - I'm excited to announch the launch of 3 New Online Workshops starting this week! - 8 weeks into running online workshops, and I am pleased to say that the new format is now well under control and going pretty darn good, if I do say so myself. - Overcoming the technical challenges, getting used to not being in the same physical space, making sure everyone arrives at the same time in their own timezone. - What first seemed like the biggest challenge, in not being in the same location, has now become something quite beautiful, with people joining and connections being made not just in Bristol, but all over the country, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, America and Russia, to name a few! - This experience has reminded me just how universal mandalas and sacred circles are.
