Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!! Had a wonderful dinner family tonight. This morning I started out with the annual Turkey Trot in Lake Nona. Was a humid one, but felt great. Did MorningMeltdown100. LIT Cardio and wow! Full on, full effort. Yesterday I did Total Body Badass, and out felt it at as work for sure!
