aaaaa. iii needed to make something self indulgent!!!! and for me that means drawing Bonnie and also putting a frankly stupid amount of work into rendering food!! outside of the onigiri and spaghetti (kind of), most of these were firsts for me and GOD im so happy with the results. i’ve seen a few people say that my art makes them hungry teehee. i hope this illicits the same reaction! please enjoy :3

"After getting in the Pillar of Heaven, the cycle end and MK cannot go back home. With the help of Nuwa and the color stone, he was send to the next cycle so he could live a new life without the burden of being the harbinger of chaos.

MK, now fully a mystic monkey, arrived in this new cycle at the time of Journey to the West, but he have no idea at what point of the book he is! Is it during the pilgrimage? or way before?? he don't know for now, but he will soon know."

Nuwa's Path, True Meaning of Sacrifice:

With every beginning comes an end. Such is the world's cycle, written by the pen of a lone child. The little Harbinger awakens and is thrown into the end of the world. Powerful malicious demons roam a mortal world that has been abandoned by its heros, and the Harbinger fights to survive until he reaches his purpose. Or nearly dies to the Lady Bone Demon.

He finds sanctuary on Flower Fruit Mountain, where the Monkey King protects his kingdom from chaos. Even if it means adopting it 🥴

After the events of last year, including becoming accidental fathers, fighting heaven, and figuring out parenting through personal development, Macaque and Wukong decide that it's time for their own take on Nuwa's idea. NOT OKAY TODAY / WORTHY

The comic I wanted to post was the last art of 2024, but because of a sudden power outage, it is now a hybrid that started the "past year" and finished on New Year's Day. The text is not mine! This beautiful poem belongs to the author Jarod K. Anderson, who writes about themes such as mental illness and how one can cope with the aid of nature's lessons. I found this poem on Pinterest when I was trying to distract myself from recent awful moments, and it resonated with me deeply. It reminded me how GOOD I felt when helping people I care about by listening to their doubts, when I treated them well, or when we shared ideas together etc. And it became MORE meaningful when I was the one in need of that help... and these people reached without hesitation 💝. You really get what you give! This poem reminded me my kindness is always worthy to be shared. I wished to portray it in the form of art for everyone who needed to read it too!

I hope this New Year brings more kindness to everyone 💞
