Things I would have "modified" if I were an IPKKND writer. Not change but Modify. Part-2
1. Stars don't have their own light. No, scientist Singh Raizada.
Mr. Raizada might be Haward educated, but he is wrong when it comes to science. Stars have their own light. I will omit this dialogue for sure.
2. Khushi's OG family, OG surname and inheritance.
Not much is revealed about her history. I would like to imagine that Khushi kept her OG surname Gupta. Because, if she was the daughter of Garima's sister, then she is bound to have a different surname. Because, according to the show, Sashi has no blood relations with Khushi.
Scenario 1:
Khushi's OG name is Khushi Kumari Gupta and Sashi's family has the surname Sharma/Yadav/Mishra/Shukla etc.
Scenario 2:
Khushi's OG surname is actually something else, but her document name is Khushi Kumari Gupta. Sashi gave her his name. (But I really don't think it suits Khushi to give up on her OG name and OG parents' identity).
Inheritance:
Khushi should have some material assets from her parents. Like a piece of land or some property. In the show we only saw her getting silver Anklets and Gold Jhumkas.
It would have been so interesting that Khushi ended up selling some of her assets or land to revive Sashi's sweet Shop. So touching...
3. Khushi and Arnav's education.
Please, make her a graduate at least. Please! She can't be a bachelor in Jalebi. Her husband is a Haward Business School, Boston educated businessman. Khushi ought to be at least a graduate!
4. She was 19 to Arnav's 26.
Tumblr media
Like many fans, I as well can't digest her artificial aging.
My version:
Khushi would start the show at 19. Would have a birthday a month or two before getting married to Rakshas Singh Raizada, so that she turns 20. By 21 she enters Mrs. India contest. That will make sense.
*Note: Khushi's age might have been increased in a ridiculous fashion, but her dialogues and character remained that of an 18 years old. Nani ji has mentioned twice that "Khusi bitiya apan umar ki ladkiyon se kahi zada samajhdar Rahi"
It should be kept that way. Khushi is young, idealistic, overdramatic, hyperactive, fun and bubbly like young girls tend to be. Her tantrums can only be justified by her being young and energetic. She can be irrational because she lacks the experience of life. Her decisions can be flawed, because she is too young for everything that happened to her.
Yes buaji forced a 19 years old to marry a man she barely knows. Buaji had an orthodox mentality, we must remember, she said in episode 2 that "Dahej lena to haq hai ladkewalo ka"

Mewar Empire Short Biography
Mewar Empire History
Mewar or Mewad is a region in the south-central part of Rajasthan state of India. It includes the present- day sections of Bhilwara, Chittorgarh, Pratapgarh, Rajsamand, Udaipur, Pirawa Tehsil of Jhalawar District of Rajasthan, Neemuch and Mandsaur of Madhya Pradesh and some corridor of Gujarat. For centuries, the region was ruled by Rajputs. The kingly state of Udaipur surfaced as an executive unit during the period of British East India Company governance in India and remained until the end of the British Raj period.
The Mewar region lies between the Aravali Range to the northwest, Ajmer to the north, Gujarat and the Vagad region of Rajasthan to the south, the Malwa region of Madhya Pradesh state to the southeast and the Hadoti region of Rajasthan to the east.
Etymology The word”Mewar”is conversational form of Medapata the ancient name of the region. The foremost epigraph that mentions the word Medapata is a 996 – 997 CE (1053 VS) necrology discovered at Hathundi (Bijapur). The word pata or pataka refers to an executive unit. According to the annalist G.C. Raychaudhuri, Medapata was named after the Meda lineage, which has been mentioned in Varāhamihira’s Brihat-Samhita. The 1460 Kumbhalgarh necrology associates the Medas with Vardhana-giri ultramodern Badnor in Mewar region. Historian Sashi Bhusan Chaudhuri associates the ancient Medas with the ultramodern Mer people.
The 1285 CE (1342 VS) Mount Abu (Achaleshwar) necrology of the Guhila king Samarasimha provides the following etymology while describing the military vanquishing of his ancestor Bappa Rawal (Bappaka)”This country which was, in battle, completely submerged in the sopping fat of wicked people by Bappaka bears the name of Śrī Medapāṭa.”Historian Anil Chandra Banerjee dismisses this as a” lyrical fancy.
Terrain The northern and eastern portions of Mewar are made up of an elevated table while the western and southern portions were rocky and hilly with thick timbers. The watershed peak between drainage of the Bay of Bengal and drainage of the Gulf of Khambhat runs nearly through the centre of Mewar. The northern and eastern part of Mewar is a gently leaning straight, drained by the Bedach and Banas River and its feeders, which empty northwest into the Chambal River, a influent of the Yamuna River. The southern and western part of the region is hilly, and marks the peak between the Banas and its feeders and the headstream of the Sabarmati and Mahi gutters and their feeders, which drain south into the Gulf of Khambhat through Gujarat state. The Aravalli Range, which forms the northwestern boundary of the region, is composed substantially of sedimentary jewels, like marble and Kota Stone, which has traditionally been an important construction material. The region is part of the Khathiar-Gir dry deciduous timbers’ecoregion. Defended areas include the Jaisamand Wildlife Sanctuary, the Kumbhalgarh Wildlife Sanctuary, the Bassi Wildlife Sanctuary and the Sita Mata Wildlife Sanctuary.
Mewar has a tropical climate. Downfall pars 660 mm/ time, and is generally advanced in the southwest and lower in the northeast of the region. Over 90 of the rain generally falls in the period of June to September every time, during the southwest thunderstorm.

What is Pegasus India Controversy
Pegasus, a military grade spyware, was developed by NSO (Israeli firm) and exported to a number of countries. It is believed that it was used to hack into the phones of a wide range of people at the request of several as-yet unidentified government agencies. We will tell you about the Pegasus India Controversy in detail.
India has been identified as the home of at least 300 of the 50,000 targets on the global list. According to an investigation, at least 10 Indian phones were infected with the spyware. For those who were hacked, the implications can be chilling. It feels almost like an Arctic winter, if you look closely.
Pegasus intrusions show that there is no level playing field. This is essential for any healthy democracy to function. India is now committing fundamental rights violations with banal impunity, even though they have not been officially suppressed by a declaration declaring an Emergency.
After revelations that hundreds of Indians could have been snooped by Israeli-made spyware, India's main opposition Congress party accused Prime Minister NarendraModi of "treason." Pegasus India Controversy is major event in 2021.
A consortium of media outlets revealed that more than 1,000 Indian phone numbers were included in the nearly 50,000 worldwide selected as possible interest for clients of NSO Group, Israel's maker of Pegasus spyware.
According to Indian media reports, Modi's main rival was Rahul Gandhi, ex-Congress party president and politician. He was one of many potential targets for the Pegasus spyware.
WHAT IS GOING ON BEFORE THE SUPREME CROURT?
Tuesday's petition by the Editors Guild of India to the Supreme Court sought direction for a special investigation team (SIT), to investigate the central government's involvement in the Pegasus spying allegations. According to the Editors Guild, the "indiscriminate" use of military-grade surveillance technology was a violation of the "heart of democracy."
According to reports, Paranjoy Thakurta, journalist, was infiltrated by Pegasus spyware. He sought information from the Supreme Court and authorisation. SNM Abdi (Prem Shankar Jha, Rupesh Kumar Sing and Rupesh Singh Singh) and activist Ipsa Shatakshi were also reported to have approached the Supreme Court regarding this matter.
Separate petitions by N Ram and Sashi, Rajya Sabha member John Brittas, and ML Sharma, a 'Public Interest Litigation’ lawyer are currently pending before Supreme Court.
WHAT THE GOVERNMENT SAID ABOUT PEGASUS India Controversy
In July, the central government dismissed allegations of spying with the IT ministry by stating that there was no "unauthorised surveillance". The spyware was meant to be used only by government agencies fighting terrorism and organised crime, according to Israeli company Pegasus-maker NSO Group.
WHAT IMPACT DOES PEGASUS HAVE ON PARLIAMENT
It was a A shouting match in Parliament The Opposition is leading the charge. The government refused to discuss the Pegasus question in Parliament. The parliamentary IT committee called for the matter to be discussed in Parliament. Officials from the Union home and IT ministers ignored it.
After the Pegasus controversy, the Opposition became more upset with the government by pushing through bills that did not allow for debate. The Tribunals Reforms Bill, Essential Defence Services Bill (cleared in Lok Sabha) and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code Amendment (Amendment) Bill were just a few of the many bills.
OUTSIDE PARLIAMENT
In Parliament, outnumbered Leaders of the Opposition showed renewed unity A breakfast meeting hosted on Tuesday by Rahul Gandhi, Congress leader, was a success of sorts. This meeting was called to discuss a common strategy regarding Pegasus.
The Trinamool Congress surprised everyone by joining the Rahul Gandhi meeting. However, other curious attendees were the Aam Aadmi Party (Biju Janata Dal), the YSR Congress Party, and the Bahujan Samaj Party.
A twist was added by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ally Nitish, the Janata Dal-United leader (JDU), and Bihar chief minister who also called for a probe into Pegasus revelations. Jitan Ram Manjhi, his predecessor, echoed his demand. Kaptan Singh Solanki, a leader of BJP, also suggested that the Pegasus row be investigated.
Conclusion
On August 5, the Supreme Court bench headed Chief Justice of India NV RAMana will hear a number of petitions from activists, journalists, and politicians regarding the Pegasus row. They demanded an investigation into the allegations of spying arising from Amnesty International's July report.

Pegasus row: A winged horse that’s the elephant in the room
Pegasus row: A winged horse that’s the elephant in the room
Anil Singh Perhaps it was the effrontery of the government in scuttling a Parliamentary panel’s meeting on the Pegasus issue that was the tipping point. The Supreme Court on Friday agreed to hear next week a petition filed by veteran journalists N Ram and Sashi Kumar, seeking an independent probe into the Pegasus snooping row. On Wednesday, representatives of three ministries — the ministry of…

MP hooch tragedy: Kingpin held, house razed
Tumblr media
BHOPAL: Mukesh Kirar, prime accused in the Morena hooch tragedy that claimed 24 lives and blinded three persons, was arrested in Chennai on Sunday. Police were looking for him for the past five days and had announced a reward of Rs 10,000 for his arrest. DGP Vivek Johri confirmed the arrest and said Kirar was nabbed by MP police with assistance from Chennai cops. On the same day, the Madhya Pradesh government razed Kirar’s house in Chera village, the epicentre of the hooch tragedy. “Villagers undergoing treatment in hospital have said that they had got the liquor from three persons. When the trio was questioned, they named Mukesh Kirar as the main supplier,” said Kailaras subdivisional police officer Sashi Bushan Raghuvanshi. The other three suspects are in custody. The deadly liquor affected people in four hamlets of Morena — Manpur Prithvi, Chera, Paoli and Bilaiyapura in Jaura tehsil. At least a dozen men are still in hospital. A special investigation team (SIT), headed by additional chief secretary (home) Rajesh Rajora, has investigated the hooch tragedy and is expected to submit its report to the government on Sunday, sources say. ADGCID A Sai Manohar and DIG Mithilesh Shukla were part of the probe team. The incident triggered an administrative shakeup. The collector and SP were transferred on chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s orders. The entire staff of Baghchini police station was removed on charges of negligence, and its officer in charge Avinash Singh Rathore and two beat constables suspended. Morena subdivisional police officer Sujit Bhadira and excise officer Javed Khan were suspended as well.
