But mostly he practically clings to Ephraim because this is something else for the two of them, a chance to sort of get out by themselves. It's out there for him at one of these things. It's winter, there's snow, Matteo loves nothing more than a nice sweater and a warm mug of some kind of mulled wine. He'd had some weird kind of wolf meetcute though, when he stood back and looked at the situation between himself and Max, he couldn't say he didn't think that it wasn't all something he'd read. "Hey." It's far too casual for everything they've been through thus far, or at least he thinks it is, but he's had a bit to drink which is probably for the best. "Do you want to get a drink?" The one in his hand is almost empty.

Person: @ciroocasio Location: Hakan's Bash BayBee The castle is beautiful, it's loud, it's full of people that are having a good time and there's a thrill to the idea that this is her first time at one of these events like this. And yet she wishes Zeke was there to see it with her, she thinks Hakan feels it, too. They'd practically had to give each other a pep talk before going downstairs to greet the partygoers. Everyone is there, a ridiculous amount of people and she does manage to smile at a few, genuinely relieved to see them. But it's all nearly too much for a new vampire who is still dealing with sensory overload and so eventually she seeks solace just beside the balcony doors and she should have known he'd be here, she'd glimpsed Amico earlier. "Ciro." Marcella greets, tipping her head in a nod that feels stiff, like she's greeting a business partner and not a....Person she was very fond of.
