No because scaraitto has potential (even platonically). The angstiest man who never learned how to cope with trauma x the chillest guy you'll ever find in Teyvat despite the trauma. Imagine Itto calling Scaramouche little dude like he did with Xiao and teaching him how to fight with bugs. Somehow Scaramouche finds himself indulging his /stupid/ hobbies while he's undercover on a mission in Inazuma although he is ought to be taught a lesson for the disrespect. And for a couple of weeks the Fatui agents are forced to watch that large oni man barge into their camp every other day and demand a (friendly) TCG match of their Harbinger (Itto has no idea who Scaramouche is), who, with a fake, chilly smile on his face proceeds to completely beat Itto in the card game everytime (secretly really enjoying it).

Also imagine (further along their friendship/relationship) Scaramouche saying creepy/angsty (cringy) stuff like "If you ever think to betray me I'll kill you" or "You're my friend. You're not allowed act this way towards anyone else" and Itto just pats him on the back and is like, "I love you too, my bro!" and somehow Scaramouche just huffs an annoyed sigh and allows him.
