My sister is a year younger than me and when I started school she was lonely during the days so she made up a friend ‘Mrs. Brown’ and was apparently quite content spending her days with this lady. HOW TO USE A NAP TO DEVELOP IDEAS__ Did you know a nap is a great step in the idea development process? As someone who has had career of developing ideas, I know a nap is a crucial process. The trick is to: 1. Gather your information. 2. Lay out blank papers or blank pages on your computer, have the templates set up if you have ads, proposals or such to do. 3. Set your intentions to develop ideas. 4. Have a nap. 5. Write down your ideas as soon as you wake from your nap without thinking, while you are still in that half awake state. I have used this process for years - I love how the ideas flow. Then you go through the ideas and pick the one that makes the most sense. Keep the ideas and repurpose them later.
