schlatt died alone and unloved surrounded by people who hated him. they watched him collapse and just stood there while he hacked up his lungs and suffered a stroke. he joined a country solely to run for president, to run things the way he wanted to. he lashed out and hurt anyone close to him (mainly his husband) and he was an alcoholic, addicted to destroying his body through weird dietary and muscle-building exercises. we don’t know anything about who he is or where he came from. we have absolutely no clue why he became the way he was, struggling mentally and taking joy in using his power to stamp out any hints of insolence.
