I was so fucked up cuz of scp 4975 i was always "ohhhh fuck. OHHH FUCK i could hear that clicking any second and then I'd be done for" ohhhh god this went on for god knows how long

I swear every year something will just set me off and make me anxious/paranoid (idk which one it is but i feel like when i fucked up my sleep schedule so badly that i thought i had a prion disease thats gotta count for smth)

This year it was me fucking up my circadian rhythm
