I used the simpler psd I have for his icons instead of the stylized red for his promos, and the hair is just glowing and I love it, it's full on the little shit just sitting there in all his dragonlord glory.

ik lady's outfit in dmc4 is basically pure fanservice especially compared to her original outfit but look. it looks so good its probably my fave outfit of hers. she looks good in 3 and 5 but CMON. the matching shirt and shorts. the belts. the below knee boots. the harness. the gloves. THE GLASSES. that single button is doing so much work she must have insane trust in it BUT I DONT CARE IT LOOKS SO GOOOD.

its similar enough to her original design but shows how much time has passed since dmc3. it matches the games art style so well. its flashy and bold and maybe a lil raunchy but its executed so well. everyone in this game is very well designed but lady takes the cake. ...nero is second.

i know that there is a loooot of gif making tutorials on this website but i want to share my way of doing my packs! for this tutorial you'll need basic photoshop cs6 knowledge and a lot of patience lol. this tutorial is very simple and fast, but my inbox and messages are open to any questions. if this post helped you, please please reblog!!

what you will need:

y2meta: youtube download site.

mkvdrama: for dramas.

obs studio: if you need to screenrecord.

potplayer: video player.

gif making action by me: it will help you save a lot of time.

ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟭.𝟬: configuration stuff (the boring step)

after downloading potplayer, you will open your video of choice and hold ctrl+g, it will open something like this.

make sure the format is jpeg (you can choose png too, but it will take more time to capture the frames)

for the frames, you can choose how many frames you want to capture. i let it capture until i manually stop, so it's 99.999. but you can put 60, 80, etc.

for the image size, let it be the original size.

for this next step, you click the configure folder option:

create a new folder and select it. the images you capture will apear on that folder.

after dowloading my gif making action, open your photoshop and open the action. it will look like this:

you can download any free sharpening action and put it on the step two option!

ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝟮.𝟬: capturing the frames!

after doing all of that, let's get to work! first, open your video of choice. mine is an interview of jennie, as you can see. after that, select the part of the video you want to capture and hold ctrl+g. once you're ready to capture the frames, click start.

i clicked start, let the video play and clicked stop when i wanted to stop. usually i do this basing on whos on the screen: for this example, i click start when jennie is talking and stopping once the interviewer appear.

after that, open you capture folder, it will look like this:

as you can see, it starts with the interviewer and ends with the interviewer so i don't miss any frames! jennie's frames are inside the red rectangle!

now you just delete the interviewer frames, select all of jennie's frames and move to another folder inside our capture folder, like this:

open your photoshop and click the step one of my action,

this will pop on your screen:

now you will open your capture folder, mine looks like this:

now you click OK and let photoshop do his work. once it's done, this is what you're going to work with:

now, for the fun part! adjust your gif to your liking and press play to check if everything's ok. make sure you click that chain thingy up there so your image doesn't get weird angles.

first, choose your gif action of liking and apply it to the gif. i'll be using mine! this is what it looks like with sharpening only:

usually i do curves > vibrancy > color balance if needed. it looks like this:

i normally like more natural and vibrant colors to my gifs, so this is perfect for me! all done :]

after that sharpening and editing, follow these steps:

set your configs like mine (if you want to, this is up to you!) and set the loop to always. after that, just save to your gif folder and its done!

waittt you're also an editor? Cause capcut being pro is my biggest downfall, i luckily found a editing style that i don't need to use pro and mark is easily gone if i keep pressing on it till it gives me 'watch an add for no mark' i wonder of its possible with the other pro features

I was an editor before I became a writer actually,

even tho I never have my phone but when I finally became a WAYY better editor my phone got taken away again and when I got it back almost everything was pro

which is why I'm stuck with that weird edit I posted yesterday which only got 29 like 😭🙏

anyway I need to try that pressing thing out but I doubt it's gonna work for me, also I can't download those free capcut pro thingys cause me parents control my phone or wtv idk

OC VOICE CLAIMS!!

This took so long to make lol. Was it necessary to make individual collages for each oc? No, but it was pretty fun. Sry if the audio is shit I don’t have YouTube premium and screenrecorded videos for the audio 💔

I also tried to write the names of my ocs in ways that would look like their handwriting!!

Some rambles about my choices v

Alan: I saw this clip somewhere and it felt SO FITTING. Even the dog motif and the song fits. Al would 100% listen to Mitski. I wanted Alan to have a warm voice because he might appear intimidating from the outside, but once you talk to him (literally), he’s a sweet guy.

Samuel: Jack Stauber is one of my favorite artists and musicians and over time he started feeling fitting for Samu‘s voice lol. His laugh is also really fun

Charly: Her voice is supposed to be kinda squeaky and a bit “rough“ (idk how to explain it), and very energetic. A bit annoying, but also endearing lmao

Nathan: Neil’s music has impacted me SO MUCH and his work has influenced my ocs too, especially Nathan. Pretty much every song from Spirit Phone is on my Nathan playlist, the vibe of that album has influenced his character so much!! His voice is usually pretty calm, but can get pretty crazy when he’s breaking down emotionally (just like Neil’s)

Robin: He’s supposed to sound kinda young and immature (since he’s barely out of his teens himself), so this type of voice felt fitting. He struggles with the fact that people infantilize him and I wanted to portray that through the voice

Eva: relistened to The Mind Electric recently and this part just hit me with how fitting that voice would be so ig that’s her voice now lol

Beatrix: She would try to appear very calm, warm and welcoming to deceive others and win them over, but also condescending if that makes sense? I haven’t watched Steven Universe but from what I’ve heard White Diamond shares a bunch of similarities with Beatrix so!!

the video itself is already so long and now I’m rambling here too lol sorry but I’m really passionate about this and have been meaning to make voice claims for my ocs for years now!!
