so on the whole thing where we're basically a spider person without any of the powers, it goes over the whole thing where everyone has their canon of loosing someone, but our world broke before we got to live it, BUT! Id imagine that despite all of that we'd have a reason to help miles. Because he knows his dad is going to die and when and can stop it. Obviously us basically going against miguel would, i imagine hurt him immensely, he'd be even more pissed.

Imagine trying to hold him back from chasing after miles, obviously he's much stronger than us so he accidentally moves us out of the way too hard and ends up hurting us and breaking something and doesn't notice till its too late

Also ALSO! Miguel tiddies, i wanna bite em, squeeze em 🫴 and just how feral he was BARK BARK! 🐕🐕

MMMRRHRRGGGGGHGGH........ok......but......

Imagine, after that whole chase and Miles managing to get away and enter another dimension, Miguel throws you into one of those baddie-capsules the society uses to send their anomalies back to their own worlds. He's so pissed he can't even look at you--you are the last person he expected to take Miles' side because you know exactly what's going to happen to him, in his mind he thinks you're not doing your job of protecting Miles because you're giving in to this ridiculous fantasy of his. You know exactly what it's like to lose everything you've ever known, just like himself, and in part because of you now Miles is going to have to go through the same thing and potentially cripple the society in the process, affecting thousands of other dimensions with those selfish actions. That's what you're supporting.

So, despite the intended purpose of the capsule, you stay trapped in the society until he can decide what to do with you whilst figuring out this whole situation. But it's when he finally finds the strength to keep himself calm enough to speak to you does he realize what he's done to you.

"What's wrong with your arm? Show me."

"I-It's fine, Miguel, it's just a little sore-"

"Show. Me. Now."

Reluctantly, especially because you still feel the way you do about Miguel and you know where he's coming from, you turn yourself towards him completely so he can see what you've been hiding since the chase--and when he sees what it is, a chill washes over him as he pinpoints the exact moment you sustained that terrible injury, claw marks running deep down your arm and barely covered by a makeshift bandage you pulled from your sleeve.

Right near the end, when he was trying so desperately not to let Miles use the dimension portal, you had run up to him and grabbed his arm to keep him from tearing the very walls of space and time apart. But in his rage, he didn't just shake you off--no, when you wouldn't give up, Miguel had slashed at you in a fit of frantic desperation and sent you tumbling back across the floor, your startled cries and winces of pain finally loosening his hold enough that the kid finally slipped through his fingers.

At the time, he could've spat venom with how angry he was, that fury directed at you when the source of it had disappeared. He never thought he would hurt you though, and it insulted him to his core when Parker had put himself and Mayday between you two as if he was at all a danger to you. He would yell, and he would swear, but he would never hurt you.

But clearly he did. The blood soaking your sleeves proves it, and so does the pallid colour of your face as you look up at him from where you sit, eyes silently pleading with him for help. Him. The man who vowed to protect you from any more hurt and, practically in the same breath, nearly killed you in a violent rage.

"I'm sorry."

When that beautiful smile blossoms across your face at those words, it only sours his spirit even more because he knows with absolute certainty that it's nothing he deserves. He's going to get you help, and help is already on its way to your holding cell, but he can't stay long enough to hear you thank him for it. No matter how much you beg him not to leave, to stay because you want to be comforted by him right now, he just can't even look in your direction and has to block out your voice as he walks away.

At some point, maybe, he might be able to hear you out. But for right now he just has to send other spiders to keep you company, ones that you know and trust, so you at least won't be alone. He knows that's a weak spot of yours despite becoming a strength for him, similar circumstances from both your worlds cultivating different results. He's just got no idea how powerful your words are, and that the longer he goes knowing you're his greatest weakness and avoiding you because of it, the more you're planting seeds of doubt into his society to turn the tables from within. Miguel loves you so much, and even if you're helping to break apart everything he's built, there's undoubtedly going to be a little voice in his heart that sings when he sees you defying him just like he defied everything to bring you here. You're going to force him to eat his own words, and if it's you leading the charge, he might just be inclined to open his mouth a little.

I absolutely agree that there needs to be more Jacob content! Ryan, Dylan and Nick are great but the other characters deserve more love.

Jacob with a crush on a shy person equates to a lot of mutual pining on both ends.

Jacob is more overt with his attention but he would pull back a little if he notices he's making you uncomfortable. Where he's more confident in his advances with an outgoing person he's entirely sure how to act around you, really not wanting to overwhelm you

he gets Kaitlyn to organise activities so that your group and his will have lots of activities together. In which he does his best to show off in any way possible.

Jacob thinks you're the best thing since sliced bread, but you have your own doubts, thinking he likes Emma so that makes you even more quiet than usual. Which in turn makes him think you don't like him, it's a whole vicious cycle.

Conversing leaves the both of you so flustered, you once said thank you when he asked you how your day had been, too busy staring at his lips, it keeps you awake at night.

You're constantly looking at him, its so bad that all the other counsellors find the both of you very pathetic. It might have been endearing at the start but a month in they're all very over it. They would never say this to you though, not wanting to hurt your feelings

In turn Jacob is just as bad if not worse, you even breathe and this mofo is throwing you heart eyes. Of the two of you Jacob is the one doodling your initials with hearts in a notebook

this put the onus to confess onto Jacob, who the other counsellors are not above whipping him into form.

Once Kaitlyn and Emma get it through his head that you definitely like him too, he cannot stop his excitement. He rushes to find you immediately, doesn't matter if he was in the middle of something important, its not as important as you.

Jacob gets a little too excited and ends up blurting out his feelings at you as soon as he sees you, leaving both you and the group of kids you're leading to the lodge in disbelief.

As mortified as you are, you cant find it in yourself to mind, you grab his hand and drag him off to somewhere more private, confessing your own feelings and pulling him into a crushing hug to hide your flustered face.

Jacob gets much more affectionate after that, unable to hold himself back from expressing just how much he likes you at every opportunity, it never fails to fluster you but you're just so happy you cant bring yourself to get him to stop. But if something seriously bothers you let him know and he cuts it out immediately, never wanting to make you seriously uncomfortable

If Jacob goes a bit over the top sometimes because he finds your reactions cute then you don't need to know that.

Ellie. ELLIE! how is it, just like the one person had said in their ask, you always end being into the same stuff im into, so its always perfect timing and your stuff is always feeding us! HEH but fr........Gale is so puppy boyfriend coded. I love him. The great thing with D&D is that there's so much character development involved that pretty much everybody has qualities that can make me fall deeply, deeply in love 💕 and Gale is no exception!!!! None!!!! He's so sweet and a romantic at heart and gentle--and--and-!! His cheekiness is so underrated imo <3 I love that he can be so goofy and break the tension and each time I've played the introduction I've had to high-five him in his portal bc he just takes it like a champ and it's so funny LOL <3 I haven't delved into his romance too much yet (somehow I've been dodging his wooing attempts LMAO) but he's so earnest I know I'm gonna romance him in my later playthroughs, I simply must.

Also tbh the whole Mystra thing actually intrigues me so much just based off the dialogue I've had with him so far, because ik his relentless flirting is kind of a meme at this point but it hits me so deep in the heart that like. Perhaps he simply loves so deeply and so passionately that he can see so much potential in someone he's attracted to, and he has the sense that he could love a stranger in just as many beautiful ways as he did a goddess. I kind of love how he sees beauty so easily in everything and can't help but be so moved by it that he's got the urge to pursue it. It makes his moments of self-doubt and sadness and insecurity in the weight of his own life so much more bittersweet and tender, he really reads like the tragic hero that he is and the fact that he plays it off with humour is so relatable that it just makes him feel so human. Again, obviously I've barely even delved into his romance as a whole but that's just the vibes I get and <3 I love him sm. He's so loveable and teddy bear boyfriend-shaped. Puppy boy! I love him!

OK, ellie, hear me out, I'm on a run with this idea of like an angelface, who somehow accidentally Timetravled all the way back to the 80's, from our time, (could easily be something to do with gates that somehow keep opening?) And ends up waking up in the woods that apparently all of em live by for some reason, say like eddie or Steve find you, lost, confused, scared and dirty cause god know what ever hell you saw and were in before you finally appeared in hawkins in the 80's.

They end up bringing you in and kind of gather everyone to just try and get things figured out. Get your name, information like where you're from and if you happen to know what even happened.

You end up explaining that you're from a completely different time, in the future none the less, I mean, how hard could it be for them to believe? They've fought and seen stuff far less likely to be real than some random time traveling person, right?

They get to know you, get a little attached and obviously dread of the idea of you having to go back to your time and maybe try and convince you to stay, but ultimately understand that you have to go back

UNLESS its the yabdere fruity four. Not only keeping you trapped with them in whoever's house, I'd assume steve's and would also switch between his and eddies but they're also keeping you from going back to your own time. Like, listen, I've been obsessing a little bit over your yandere fruity four and this idea of some accidental time traveling angelface has been on my mind and I think its mostly cause I started watching time wasters, but like, just having to help them fight something from the upside down again just to get home is just my current brain rot and it makes it better with yanderes. I'm sorry I'm like this oml 😭

like, super-traumatized angelface stumbling out of a gate in Hawkins after being chased through one by some weird....dog....thing, with horrible leathery skin and way too many teeth and that piercing screech. and just your luck, you keep running through the forest without knowing whether or not you're still being chased, not knowing if you're still in that horrible other world, until you crash right into somebody and hit the dirt on top of them.

Steve, i feel like, wouldn't let you get up right away--he'd grab you by the arms and ask if you're alright, because you're shaking so bad and he can tell you must have saw something terrifying, and will help you up while trying to reassure you that it's okay. whoever you are, he won't let you get hurt. you remind him a little of the kids, his kids, in that moment, and he just hurries you back to the closest house with an arm wrapped tight around your shoulders to keep you close. there's no way you could fake terror like that, and he keeps a close eye over his shoulder, because he knows just what kind of things happen in Hawkins and he won't let someone else fall victim to them, if he can help it. especially not someone as cute as you, even with all that dirt in your hair and your face.

Eddie would be dumbstruck for a few moments, but when you scramble to get up with tears in your eyes and start running again, he chases after you until he manages to catch you. probably gets an elbow to the face or a kick to the shins when he grabs you and you start thrashing, crying and wailing for him not to kill you--but luckily he's pretty good at calming you down and promises he's not gonna do anything of the sort, he just wants to know why the hell a pretty thing like you is out in the woods so late at night? shouldn't you be at home, like, watching a movie or listening to pink floyd or something? and the look you give him when he says that makes him just as confused as you look, the "what's pink floyd?" even more so. and yeah, Eddie's not gonna let you wander around the woods when you're clearly an amnesiac or something--he's gonna take you home and let you clean up, without yet knowing just how much of this particular time you're not familiar with. and show you some real music in the meantime, while he calls the others to figure out what to do with you.

OK, I've been on a Jacob kick recently, (also bought the game finally 😤) cause he just seems like a big teddy bear (he's apart of the swarm of bears if you will) and looks like he gives THE BEST hugs, hands down, I feel like Nick would to. But like, just imagining them both vying for your attention 😩

Jacob obviously doing tons of acts of services for you, small or big and then Nick I feel like would bring you tons of gifts. But I also remember on an older post, someone sent in something about them both having a rough possessive time with you. Like, that pool scene still hits hard and I can only imagine that something similar with Jacob would be a lot more aggressive and possessive

ok but you're SO right on so many levels 🥺🥺 I'm gonna go ahead and hc that Jacob is the #1 friend hugger--comforting campers is 50% hyped pep talks and reassurance and 50% big bear hugs, and it's the same with his fellow counselors. plus we've seen how small Kaitlyn is compared to him, I can just imagine him picking her up and squeezing her in a hug while her legs dangle off the ground. he's just 100% a big brother figure and his goofiness makes him so much more approachable. also the mental image of him carrying campers on his back and running around pretending to be an airplane, while a group of campers cheer him on and beg him for a turn 🥺🥺 chef's kiss.

also. hehe. possessive Jacob. AND possessive Nick at the same time? mwah. what starts off as a harmless crush on both of their parts slowly becomes a war on who can win your affections--Jacob does a lot of big gestures to show he likes you, like setting up a campfire and dinner for just the two of you, while Nick brings you little gifts and always offers to share his food with you, if not makes or procures snacks or little treats that he knows are your favourites. but when they cross paths they're constantly trying to steal your time away from the other, to the point that they keep having competitions with you as the prize. you either have to stand back and hope they figure it out, or you have to step in to stop these two bozos and offer a solution yourself. maybe a way they can share 😏
