Just finished season 18!

It was difficult seeing how stressed J.T. and Stephen's relationship became at final tribal, it was kind of obvious how little strain they had had on their alliance until then and it got messy really quickly.

I also didn't love when Debbie asked Stephen who he would have taken to final tribal. To me, it really seemed like Stephen hadn't made up his mind and that when he lost the final immunity challenge, he just stopped thinking about it. It would be interesting to know who he really would have taken, but we'll never know.

I also think both of them were very conflicted about Taj and that they share equal blame in voting her out. I think they both would have kept her without the other encouraging the choice.

My general summary is that, while Stephen was my favorite, J.T. was the rightful winner, Taj was iconic and amazing, and Coach and Tyson were insufferable.

Started a rewatch of Season 18 (for the vibes) and this isn’t important whatsoever but in the beginning of episode two of The Leisure Hive the Doctor shows the sonic screwdriver and...

Why i like Spider

So i should probably explain why i like spider

To but it simply, hes the reverse of the trope of "character you love to hate"

I hate the fact i love him, hes got the right combo of asshole + Magnificent Bastard that i cant help but love it. that coupled with a mysterious past and a rivel in the form of mara sov and im just "AUGH WHY YOU SO COOL BUT SO BAD"

Like, hes proper lawful evil and i love it, but then i go on sites like tumblr and everyones like "i hope mara sov kills that bitch" and im like "bro am i the only one who thinks this way?" and like, for all the bad stuff he did i'd still want him leading the shore more than mara sov because at least spider would openly stab you in the back.

Like, this whole season is very much showing a lot of people want spider dead right now but something in the latest lore book suggests a different (all be it unlikely since most D2 fans seem to adore mara so much) that spider might be allowed to remain in the elksni quarters as a asylum seeker

And before anyone says it yes, putting what is basically a bomb collar around crow and glint was fucked up. not gonna defend that.

Anyway, hot take over so feel free to shout at in the comments for this since most of the fanbase would probably have me staked over this
