A certain group of friends originating from one particular class at Françoise Dupont know three truths and one myth.

The first truth is that Marinette Dupain-Cheng is a certified Hot Mess™. Typically, one might discover this soon after meeting her and witnessing some improbable disaster befall her. So far, Zoé holds the record for the fastest, as their first meeting turned into a literal mess. Inevitably, every student at some point encounters Marinette's legendary clumsiness, though it only serves to make her even more loveable (usually with the added side effect of obtaining a massive crush on her. At last count, this was confirmed by 65% of the student body).

The second truth is that it’s impossible to be more oblivious than one Adrien Agreste. Nathaniel and Ivan still recount that day Adrien wished Marinette, his “very good friend”, a “Happy Period Day.” It had been strangely endearing, though not without a significant amount of secondhand embarrassment and profuse blushing on everyone's part. No one had the heart to tell him, and certainly not the girl in question herself.

While it's well known among this group of friends (and entire areas of Paris) that said Marinette Dupain-Cheng is madly in love with one Adrien Agreste. However, a new truth that was only recently discovered (New enough that they have yet to figure out a name for it. So far, most votes go to “The Truest of True Truths". Alix and Kim continue to argue over better names, but that’s practically a lost cause.), is that he returns her feelings.

Therein lies the problem because, as the friends found out, what should be something as simple as two teenagers in love, is made all the more complicated by the fact that neither of them realizes that the other returns their feelings.

But what is the most excruciatingly convoluted is that they think the other person is in love with someone else.

And this is where this friend group comes in because they know all of this. Because the myth that the students of one class at Françoise Dupont are unaware that Paris’ miraculous akuma-fighting superheroes are actually Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Adrien Agreste is completely and utterly false.

They know this very well, in fact.

So, answering your questions:

1) for character traits, I'm very tolerant, patient and devoted, but I'm also VERY pessimistic and introverted. For small habits, people often comment on how I'm always picking on the skin of my shoulder and doodle on every possible surface (I swear it's unconcious). I dont know what else to share, so if it helps, I'm currently stressed with school and some of my likes are arts, music, fashion, taking walks and cats.

2) either Atsumu or Suna??? I KNOW I AINT HELPING, BUT IDK WHO TO CHOOSE, I JUST LOVE THEM SO MUCHHHH. I swear, I'll love your story regardless!!

Another silence falls between them, heavy and borderline soul-crushing, yet popping with an undeniable static that has his senses on the highest alert. The overwhelming urge to laugh tugs at him, almost as loud as the dull ache thrumming in his chest. A wayward curl has fallen across her face, halfway covering her eye in a way that has his hand itching to brush it aside, to tuck it behind her ear.

“How were finals?” He asks instead.

Her face contorts in a grimace-smile as she sucks in a breath. “I mean, we’ll see,” she laughs.

“C’mon,” Peter says, consciously stopping himself from reaching out and touching her arm. He nods, cracking a grin, his heart skipping wildly—erratic enough that he wonders if he should be worrying about going into cardiac arrest. “I’m sure you killed it. You’re, like, the smartest person in the world.”

She averts her gaze, looking down at her shoes in a way that makes his chest ache.

God, he’s missed her.

whoever had the brilliant idea for a couples' movie marathon the night before summer break began should have been exiled from anubis house, because while sibuna and co. got along for mysteries, apparently moving furniture was just too hard. // told through two nights a year apart, the anubis residents decide they need a break from the chaos of the school year in the form of a movie night past pin drop. it starts as a couples' thing, then morphs mainly into avoiding victor and keeping quiet amongst the television and microwave and—oh yeah, and fabian falling down the stairs. extra points for going out in style.
