Using only lyrics from songs, Juniors wrote prose or poems about topics that are important to them and/or their generation. The requirements were a minimum of two words and a maximum of three lines used consecutively in the final product. Juniors needed to reference at least ten different artist’s work. Each lyric links to a YouTube video of the song; each footnote links to the text of the original song’s lyrics. Please note some lyrics may be explicit.
