Casual Fishing RP Event When: Friday, May 3rd, 7pm EST (Ingame reset| Runtime 3-4 hours) Location: Starting at Seitung Province WP and then making way to Cat Island POI on boat/skimmer/really fast swimming

Bring your boats, water transports, skimmers or strong arms and a healthy apetite for a casual fishing and grilling gathering - Bring friends to enjoy a nice date on the water with fresh food or just enjoy the chit chat - Maybe we will catch a leviathan on the way too!

Rhus Malus, the Commander Who Never Was.

My launch-day GW2 character, a Sylvari Warrior and Vigil Warmaster. Kind, loyal, and brave. Lost in the Mists in a terrible accident during the Zhaitan campaign, he re-emerged years later, heavily scarred, missing limbs, and completely blindsided by what he’d missed. Currently convalescing in Seitung Province, getting used to new prosthetics and catching up on uh, years of earth-shattering news.

I still get a lot of questions in my squads about quickly maxing mastery EXP, so one thing a lot of folks don't know about is this buff - my go-to, never leave home without it EXP and MF boost.

You get this from completing the Training Grounds heart in Seitung Province and it takes less than 5 minutes. The boost is good for all sources, not just kills, so it adds up quickly. It also lasts for 6 hours.

goth husband finally has a passable ref \o/ design notes under the cut :>

He has odd horns that stick out of his head, they feel like thorns, they aren't part of his skull.

He gets quite dry easily. He has a healthier glow and more color to his leaves after a drink.

He lacks a shine in his eyes that is hard to notice, being an undead/minor lich.

His hair is more floppy as he ages [picured in the ref] when he was younger/pre-HoT, his hair visually resembled the in game hair a lot more, growing upwards from the neck and flopping down over the face.

Rui's claws are indeed claws, NOT nails.

The belly leaves are reminicent of scales, but the texture is still very leaf-like. however, like a scale, they can separate slightly to show the skin beneath when Rui stretches in particular ways.

Rui uses his petals to make fragrant teas when they eventually dry and wilt off of his head.

Rui stopped his mortician work when he was resurrected as a lich; unfortunately his necromancy is too powerful now and if he tries to speak with the dead, he fully resurrects them instead!

Owns a teahouse in seitung province with his husband

A vegetarian; Rui's time working with bodies and often sewing them back together has turned him away from meats; sometimes he may eat fish, but only if it's prepared for him.
