i started working on an unironic gaster playlist and then i remembered rudi zygadlo’s 2012 album tragicomedies exists and i was like. well. that’s the playlist isn’t it. classically trained composer does freaky piano dubstep. that’s pretty much the vibe. there’s even a playful but deeply off-putting waltz

I tried designing King!creativity himself!!👑✨

For his design I basically mushed the twins designs and put it in a blender:D

I still think it feels unfinished, so in the future the design might change a bit more!

Also apparently theres a literal weapon that's like a mix of Katana and sword?? When I found out about this I immediately thought of making it King's weapon XD It's so cool (Of course I included the morning star as well)

Also, as an extra I tried drawing the post-split youngsters as well!!✨

I really enjoyed putting in the little details in both of their clothing! (Like they both have their cannon design's accessories and stuff, stucked on by pins and selotape! And Remus has his collar stood-up, same as Roman has his collar pinned together to mimick their future looks )

Also the pins on Remuses shirt are red because Roman conjured the pins, and the selotape on Roman's shirt are green because Remus conjured it!

Anyway if I keep going on the little details like this I will literally go on forever so I will stop now XD

After all its really up to you guys on how you interpret this design so I hope y'all enjoy it!!✨

bleaching on purpose this time: that's a rag wrapped and selotaped with the isolated hair strands on the outside. I tried to do a gradient but it took very unevenly, so it's going all that beige/blonde. it's a lot greyer in person. and i'm out of acne cream so I'll let her sit for a while, decide later maybe.

Preparation for Set Building Workshop

Since we finally got the date of the workshop confirmed by the lecturer via email

we then segregated the materials that we would bring, amongst ourselves. Thameena:

Cain: she also brough the A2 Corrugated cardboard box for the base

Uvindu:

Thesandu: he brought paints

Nihindu: brought heaps and heaps of cardboard

Me: i brought what i could basically find at home since the others basically covered everything, white hardboard glue boxes coloured A4 papers scissors cloth selotape paintbrushes

Even though we had agreed to not paint that day because we all knew that we would not be able to finish the entire base on that day itself. however, I still brought paint brushes (with the knowledge of the others) incase if we ever felt the need to paint.

Looking up Napoleonic-war-era uniforms for Research Purposes (regency era visual novel) and I now understand why so many war fanboys are obsessed with them. I've always been a slut for epaulettes so I should have seen this coming but my brain wasn't prepared for the sexiness of all of the braid and velvet and rich colours and awesome boots...

Like, I can handle the slightly odd-looking technical illustrations and period drawings because they are often extremely unsexy and everyone's face is bright red... but as soon as I see a nice portrait or a vaguely not-ugly modern man or woman dressed in these clothes, my brain just short circuits:

so i read the whole captive prince novel this morning, and considering i was told it was an erotica, there was almost no sex depicted, rather than it being an overarching theme. all in all, i wouldn’t give it more than 3/5, the writing wasn’t great (when your teachers stress the anti adverb opinion so heavily, you can’t help but notice them every time), there were a few grammatical errors i noticed - but i liked the characters and the idea behind it all. my only real problem was that it feels unfinished. a trilogy shouldn’t just be one book separated out, it should be three separate stories that interlock. captive prince feels really unfinished and like nothing really happened - like it was only the first 25% of a novel that i now have to buy more copies of to finish.

«Πόνεσες όταν έπεσες στη γη;» ή κάτι εξίσου γελοίο μου είχε πει ακολουθώντας τον στίχο. Σε μια συναυλία έναν Ιούλη. Σ’ ένα από τα καλοκαίρια εκείνα. Σ’ εκείνα τα μέρη που έρωτα αποπνέουν, ακόμα κι αν ο δικός μας έσβησε κάπου σ’ αυτά τα σοκάκια. Κι η καρδιά εκείνη την νύχτα χτύπησε τόσο δυνατά όταν τον ξαναείδα. Λες και χτύπησε για πρώτη της φορά. Λες και δεν είχε σκοπό να ξαναχτυπήσει. Κι η καρδιά όταν έπρεπε να φύγει έκανε κρακ, όταν δε μ’ άφησε να του κρατήσω μια τελευταία φορά το χέρι. Ράγισε λες και ήταν η πρώτη φορά που ένιωθε ποτέ της πόνο.

Ένα κομμάτι σελοτέιπ δεν κολλάει τίποτα. Εκτός αν αυτό το κομμάτι όπως έλεγε κι εκείνος, ήταν η δίκη του η καρδιά. Μα πια έχω πειστεί πως ούτε αυτή αντέχει άλλο κι ευθύνομαι εγώ γι’ αυτό. Τη βάρυνα τόσο. Οπότε σταμάτησα να προσπαθώ να τον κάνω να γυρίσει πίσω. Δεν του στέλνω πια, κι ας η ανάγκη είναι η ίδια.

Έχει χειμωνιάσει και πλέον ο καλοκαιρινός ήλιος δεν φωτίζει το πρόσωπο του, δε στολίζει τα μάτια του. Η μυρωδιά από το φούτερ του μ’ έχει εγκαταλείψει και δε μου ‘χει μείνει τίποτα που να μου τον θυμίζει τόσο άμεσα. Όλα γύρω του διαγράφονται σταδιακά, κι αναμένω τη μέρα που εκείνος για μένα δε θα ‘ναι τίποτα παρά μόνο μια ευχάριστη ανάμνηση σ’ ένα καλοκαίρι που περάσαμε μαζί. Που δε θα μου θυμίζει πόνο και κανένα απ’ τα βραδιά που πέρασα εξαιτίας του. Δε θα φοβάμαι να περάσω απ’ τα μέρη που πήγα μαζί του. Αναμένω την ημέρα που το στιλό μου θα ξαναγράφει χαρούμενα χωρίς την καθοδήγηση του. Που τα τραγούδια θα ‘ναι πλέον ευχάριστα και κανένας στίχος δε θα περιγράφει το πως νιώθω. Οι φωτογραφίες του θα με κάνουν να χαμογελάω και η παρουσία του δε θα με αγχώνει και δε θα μου χαρίζει πανικό. Δεν θέλω να τον θυμάμαι αλλιώς. Κι ας εκείνος με θυμάται όπως θέλει. Σαν ένα βάρος και μια δυσάρεστη ανάμνηση. Δε του άφησα κι άλλη επιλογή έτσι κι αλλιώς.

Μα όλα αυτά δεν είναι τίποτα παρά μόνο η μόνη ελπίδα που μου ‘χει μείνει για το μέλλον. Γιατί ίσως και να κουράστηκα να μαζεύω τα κομμάτια μου καθημερινά.

Η καρδιά έκανε κρακ, και στέρεψε από συναισθήματα. Είναι ανίκανη να νιώσει εκτός αν κάτι της τον θυμίσει. Η καρδιά κάνει τακ τόσο ασθενικά, κι ελπίζει καθημερινά για τον τελευταίο της χτύπο.

Ο δεύτερος δίσκος της κόρης ΤΑ ΕΣΠΑΣΕ ΟΛΑ! Είναι γλυκό σαν cherry cola, πικρό σαν το selotape, τελείως διαφορετικό από το πρώτο και ταυτόχρονα η μόνη λογική εξέλιξη. Είναι ξεκάθαρα ποπ και τόσο ωραία συναισθηματικό. Από την παραγωγή μέχρι το στίχο, τα φωνητικά και το βάιμπ του καλοκαιριού που βγάζει, εμένα μου φαίνεται ότι θα το ακούω σίγουρα και τα 90 βράδια του καλοκαιριού (ή τουλάχιστον όσα έμειναν από αυτά). Το Πολυαιθυλένιο χτύπησε close to home και το θέσατε με τόση ευαισθησία, χωρίς να φαίνεται forced το θέμα της αποδοχής όλων των σωμάτων. Ένα ολόψυχο μπράβο, θερίζουμε ήδη θαύματα και δεν έχει ξεκινήσει καν η επόμενη σεζόν. ❤️

Υ.Γ. Η έμπνευση του εξώφυλλου από Ταραντίνο, απλά respect για το concept, είναι πανέμορφο.
