ORANA // Set buffalo milk, strawberry & eucalyptus; last course of our aud195 pp lunch at Restaurant Orana, Adelaide. Very unique dessert - the set buffalo milk had a consistency somewhat like panna cotta - melt-in-your-mouth with the fragrant Indigenous ingredients of strawberry gum and eucalyptus. Per Orana’s website, “Chef Jock Zonfrillo had fond memories of eating panna cotta with poached strawberries as a child in his native Scotland.
