Maria is the fragmented part of Maria Oscuro’s spirit and is the true identity behind Cure Jump. She is a side character in Project: SFA.
Maria is strong willed, brave, leader-like and an ‘overall joy to be around.’ As Cure Jump, she fights with the power of fire, along with a few other new tricks up her sleeve that she learns from Mario as they protect the kingdom at times. Though… there seems to be something behind those blue eyes of hers.
When separated from her team and from her leader role, she appears to be more impulsive than usual. In terms of empathy, she seems to be lacking a bit when it isn’t towards anyone that isn’t on her side. She also seems to always resort to physical attacks, a force to be reckoned with. Her powerful fists with crimson flames burn bright, ever growing… ever spreading… Being fragmented from her true self has left the key components that make her ‘whole’ missing.

~Outfits/Appearances~
Jump has two main looks that she uses. Her first appearance, the one Larissa sees in her mind is actually a reflection of what Jump is supposed to look like. Her hair is swept to the opposite side of Larissa’s, her ponytail following the same direction. She sports Mario’s signature cap, gloves and overalls but with tall brown boots and a loose belt around her waist. Her striking yellow cape ties the iconic look together that reminds Larissa of Super Mario World. Though, even though she is supposed to look exactly like Maria Oscuro, the girl who was supposed to become Cure Jump, for some reason�� she’s missing her freckles, giving an uncanny, too perfect look to her face.
Her other look, the one that everyone knows is influenced by Larissa’s body. Features are changed to be more cutesy, her hair being more wavy, swept to Larissa’s direction. The iconic Mario cap is replaced with a mushroom clip, and her sideburns are longer and more flowy. Her overalls are more of a layered overall dress, her sleeves long and drooping with the gloves and cape lost. Pink gets added as another accent color to solidify Larissa’s influence.
Jump’s outfit colors change depending on if she has a power up or not, just like Mario.
~Power and abilities~
Cure Jump is a balanced physical fighter, packing good punches and kicks when in battle. She also wields the ability to summon fire for her special attack, “Jumping Fire.” Her jump is also significantly higher than her fellow teammates (which for SFA, aren’t important). At this point in time, she has started to gain upgraded attack power-ups by using “amiibos”. By scanning one, she can summon a copy of a fellow companion to preform their final smash. If they’re around, the power will simply be transferred to them to preform the final smash instead.
In the Mario universe, Jump can also use the various power-ups just like Mario. The only downside is that they only work for a short amount of time for Jump. (Like how the fire and ice flower power-ups work in Mario Galaxy).

Larissa: “As my vessel, Larissa is… not ideal. She is a coward, fragile like a flower… but she has potential if she puts in the effort. I’ll make it work, that’s why I’m here. As a Precure, it’s my duty to complete my mission, and I will do anything to see it through… no matter what blocks my way, I will rise to the top…”
Mario: “As my teacher, Mario is exactly what you expect. I don’t have much to add, I do what he says, even if I don’t agree at first. Our upbringings are different, so of course at first we’d not agree immediately to certain solutions. Luckily, I’m flexible… not as much as I should be, but I am flexible. He’s a good man, just wants the best for his family and friends, and I can respect that.”
Peach: “The Princess has been awfully busy lately, preparing for her coronation and all. From when I do speak with her, she is very kind and caring, exactly what this kingdom needs. Larissa is more crazy about her than me, so I apologize for the lack of words.”
Sweetheart: “The young Princess… she is very innocent for her age. She seems to have this… unwavering adoration towards anyone. It’s cute… but I fear it may bring her trouble if the wrong person comes along.”
Luigi: “… Luigi reminds me of Larissa.”
Flame: “Flame… for being a fellow fire user like me… he couldn’t be so behind. That scepter of his honestly limits his ability to do more, along with how he constantly panics over everything. Urg, just like Larissa… it’s okay, it’s honestly entertaining to see him arguing with Aqua.”
Aqua: “Aqua is just as good as they say, especially for being around Larissa’s age. His grasp on his aquatic powers are truly impressive for how young he is, and I can only see him getting better as time passes. I can admire his power, but he is a bit stuck up, which… can be worked on. I can’t help but feel he’s trying to compensate for something with that ego of his.”
Merlon: “Merlon is the anchor of this world to my own. They help with summoning me here and returning me back. When in private, we’re able to discuss… topics that we wouldn’t dare to speak of to anyone else. After all… this world is just a video game. But alas, I don’t think I’m even able to tell YOU everything about Merlon. That’s only up to them.”

There's an ongoing (for over a decade now!) boycott of Wendy's that everyone is very welcome to join, and it would make an even bigger difference than just boycotting Trump-related businesses (though that is absolutely a side-benefit) if people participated in that!
It's being led by the CIW (Coalition of Immokalee Workers) and the SFA (Student-Farmworker Alliance) in an effort to get Wendy's to sign the Fair Food Act. This requires companies to pay only ONE CENT MORE per pound of tomatoes, and ensures better working conditions, fair wages & a stop to wage theft, worker healthcare, safe & sanitary working conditions, protection for workers against sexual violence on their workplace farms, and tons of other really important things.
Wendy's is the last major fast food chain holdout (as in, all other major fast food chains and many smaller chains have already signed many years ago), and it is long past time they finally stepped up. Anyone who joins the boycott makes a HUGE difference.

Indian printing & packaging professionals on multi-city tour of China
Heidelberg India recently led an international customer tour to China, providing participants with an immersive experience with the recent advancements in print and packaging technology. The multi-city tour included visits to the Print Media Center in Shanghai, followed by MK Masterwork’s facility in Tianjin, and concluded at the China Print 2025 exhibition in Beijing.
This initiative formed a part of the Heidelberg Asia-Pacific Customer Engagement Program and brought together more than 150 delegates from over 10 countries across the region. From India, 50 prominent printing and packaging professionals representing print hubs from Mumbai, Goa, New Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Sivakasi participated in the tour. Customers from both the commercial and packaging segments of the industry joined the delegation, reflecting the diverse interests and evolving needs of the Indian print community.
Noble Printing Press from Mumbai, Rahul Print O Pack, Azure Press, Goyal Offset Works, and Premier Printing Press from New Delhi as well as SFA Print from Sivakasi, and Brilliant Printers, Global Printing & Packaging, Jwalamukhi Mudranalaya from Bengaluru were a part of the delegation, the Heidelberg India team told the IPP Group.
Heidelberg international customer tour to China
The itinerary commenced on 14 May at the Print Media Center in Shanghai, where attendees were shown live demonstrations of the Speedmaster CX 104-8+LYYL X3 and CX 92 4-color presses.
Guests were given a guided walk-through of Heidelberg’s production facility, with the staff offering insights into the company’s press manufacturing processes and technological prowess.
On 15 May, the delegation traveled to Tianjin to the MK Masterwork plant, where the attendees explored the full spectrum of MK’s packaging solutions. The visit featured a deep dive into MK’s precision-driven manufacturing from engineering and design to assembly, highlighting the company’s commitment to automation and scale.
The tour culminated at China Print 2025 in Beijing, held under the theme 'Unfold Your Potential.'
Heidelberg’s showcase at the exhibition was anchored by the Speedmaster CX 104-8LYYL+1+L, a versatile A1 format press tailored for high-end commercial and packaging applications. Also on display were the Speedmaster XL 75 8+L, known for its high-performance multi-color capability, and the Jetfire 50, Heidelberg’s latest digital press innovation.

Reflecting on the success of the initiative, Samir Patkar, president of Heidelberg India, said, “We were truly thrilled by the enthusiastic participation and engagement at China Print 2025. This tour offered a unique platform to reconnect with our valued customers, showcase breakthrough innovations, and celebrate the future of print. Name: Merlon

Merlon appears to be a shaman who resides in Peach’s castle, serving as the royal fortune teller. They are a side character in Project: SFA.
Merlon is an overall mysterious hooded figure, serving Peach and her subjects for as long as they can remember. They give ‘predictions’ of the future, often assisting with magical needs around the castle. They mostly tend to stay in their room, waiting for something… or perhaps someone… to appear, pondering near their crystal ball.
Oddly, Merlon was very much against Peach and Mario’s marriage at first, saying it was ‘a bad omen’ and that they only saw bad visions if the two went down this path. The same thing happened again with Sweetheart’s arrival. In a way, Merlon almost seems… to be trying to keep everything as close to how things were before derivation by using their ‘fortunes’ to control others around them. Of course not all of Merlon’s ‘visions’ come true, but with Sweetheart’s… problems, Merlon already knew they were correct from the moment those vows were spoken, those chiming wedding bells solidifying a path that should have never be taken.
~Outfits/Appearances~
Merlon appears to be a shaman, having yellow eyes that shine through the purple shadow of their hood. Their white mustache that curls up at the ends actually functions as their hands, using it to gesture and point at items. Their cloak is blue with rectangles on the ends that get smaller as they stray farther from the edges, long with a lighter blue boarder. The bottom layer is dark purple with a geometric pattern. In the center is a green and gold clasp that resembles a Star Point. Another star floats at the end of their cloak’s hood, shimmering at all times.
~Power and abilities~
Merlon appears to possess the ability to tell people’s ‘fortunes’, along with visions of the ‘future’. They are also able to summon Larissa and return her home whenever they please, severing as the bridge between her world and this one. They often help as well to try to ‘clean up’ Sweetheart’s messes when her powers get out of control.
~Relationships~
Larissa: “We have waited so long for the precure’s arrival. With that day finally arriving, we will give our unwavering support to assist Cure Jump with anything she needs as bridge between this world and her own. With her efforts on the other side, one day… we will finally return everything to how it should be.”
Peach & Mario: “Princess Peach, the kind and graceful ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom, and Mario, the extraordinary hero, are both lovely people… but they keep straying away from the paths they should be on. We’ve been working closely with the Princess and a group of researchers to try to find a ‘cure’. We fear… the unlimited potential that small child holds. One day, the patch will peel off… and we must be prepared for that.”
Flame & Aqua: “Peach recently introduced us to the two Princes that Sweetheart is now friends with. At first, we warned against Sweetheart having friends outside of the kingdom, but with her getting older it was inevitable. We could immediately sense… that this Flame one is cursed, and this Aqua one has some family problems. But it’s none of our concern for now, the two are in line with how they should be. We will keep an eye out for if they ever stray from their destined paths.”
Daisy: “The very energetic Princess of Sarasaland often visits to hang out, which is fine by us… we just get worried when she’s watching the young princess… she’s a bad influence, especially to someone who’s powers are so unstable… but we cannot go against Peach’s wishes, she IS her best friend after all.”
Luigi: “Mario’s twin brother has recently gotten into mechanics, which… was a bit of a shock to us. Stample for Africa (SFA parody)
Journal: Based off on Scramble for africa on colonial history and propaganda poster: The Rhode colossus but been turn into macro feet fetish sh*tpost.

Why are the micros are Stick figures?
I'am unsure what to portray them as, so i made them stick figures as cutting edge but unsure if i made worse or not because on the Zulu may come off as offensive regardless the Brits are also same black stick figures along with Arab.
